location, ironing board in room restaurant is an unpleasnat experience, the room was in need of remedial works, e.g. the bath had a crack in it covered with tape, the taps in the bath were limescaled up, knobs missing of cupbards, etc |

The room was very comfortable, we were greeted at the reception desk by a well dressed receptionist who was very polite. We thought the meal was exceptional and the staff very pleasant and proffesional in the restaurant. My partner and i had a relaxing break. I had booked the room for my partners birthday as a surprise and we enjoyed every minute of the stay. |

Staff friendly although not really geared up for family hotel, more akin to business or conference. Good location near Stockport centre and close to Manchester. Dining very good value for money with good service. Many arranged activities in evening especially weekends ( parties etc) Normal UK service standard where most staff wish to assist but havent been properly trained, could do with a trip to Middle/Far East to see what quality service is really like. Would stay there again as reasonable value for money |

We enjoyed the hotel facilities, and the meal in the resaurant was fantastic. The hotel has a Nightclub, and guests get free entry and the residents bar stay open all night! The only downside was the jacuzzi didn't work in our room! |

We attended a wedding reception and the food was excellent the rooms were located near the function hall, bar and pool hall all facilities nearby. Late night guests returning from nightclub roaming around hallways trying to find rooms at 5am!! |

A nice, quiet place to stay close to Stockport town centre and all its amenities. Although I didn't make use of all the facilities (bar, restaurant, etc.), they really do have everything you might need on-site. Overall the cleanliness was very good, but just needed a little more attention to detail (rings inside coffee cups, for example). |

Yes , the food was horrendous. It was vey expensive and reminded me of a works canteen. It was a shame because overall the hotel was lovely. |

The room was large and generally clean. From the pylons that over-shadow it, to the leering drunks that inhabit the bar 24-hours a day, there is almost nothing to recommend this hotel. It is essentially an enormous bar and nightclub with a third rate hotel attached. Our room was adjacent to a function room with noise echoing down the corridor and outside the window was a large area filled with late-night revellers. We checked out and went home but were refused a refund. |

The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and good value for money. The rooms at the front of the hotel were extremely noisy until around 5am. (taxis, partygoers etc) |
