Would not give me an ice bucket for my water, said I had to buy wine or champagne, it was lunchtime! Needs a lick of paint decor is a bit tired.

Good location. In lovely grounds.

Very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. So asked for a quiet room away from the nightclub.Could still hear the thumping of the music. Requires bouncers on the Hotel doors.

Rooms

The hotel was large and confortable, clean and tidy. The bathrooms were large and spacious. The breakfast was vast and declious.

My only critisim i would have that some of the decore was a bit dated for my taste but still very lovely. This would not put me off staying at the hotel again.

Grounds where lovely. Room was clean, but could do with updating considering it was ment to be excutive, wasnt that good

The fact the hotel rang me to tell me I had to be dressed smart before coming to the hotel, thought this was very rude, was this because of my address and they assumed I wouldnt be dressed appropriate? Not impressed with that all all.

Room size was amazing. Selection of food for both dinner and breakfast was excellent.

Not really a 'didn't like' but No alternative to duvet in the bedroom - could have done with a sheet rather than the heavy weight of the duvet.

Noisy people running up and down outside the room and barking dogs in the grounds!

Ample parking space, Warm welcome on entry, helpfull staff, comfortable spacious rooms, great facilities, Free Wi-fi, good choice of food in Bar / Restaraunte

The welcome we got in all area's of the hotel was exceptional. The young lady on the bar on the evening of our stay was very friendly and welcoming. Also the food was of very good standards for a very reasonable price.

I booked a double room and the bed was extremely small? Therefore i did not get a very good nights sleep.

Too noisy on the saturday night with guests running round the hotel until the early hours and trying to get into our room by mistake

Shower was very powerful

We stayed in room 322 and the bed matress was very uncomfortable. You could feel every spring.

Efficient staff. Good accommodation. Good food.

Staff very busy, no friendly conversation, especially when one travels on one's own as a female. Given room on top floor, presumably as I was a female.?

Fun nightclub. Easy to get to. Good value. Beef sandwich.

Not enough bar staff. Not enough seating in the bar area for eating during the day.

Room was fantastic very spacious and clean, excellent bathroom facilities. Food was very nice. Service during meals was excellent.

Location away from busy roads. Water feature outside hotel. Patio areas. Pleasant looking building. Nice furnishings and comfortable seats inside. Ample free parking. Bedroom window that opened more than usual 3 inches. Smart looking restaurant.

Cheap plastic drinking glasses in bedrooms. No fridge for cold drink storage. The full cooked breakfast was too large, and although well presented was surprisingly fairly tasteless.

Disco on Friday nite and half price wine 8-10pm.. Food was very good and tasty... Rooms clean and tidy

Booked two rooms next doors to each other... But they were not together on arrival..

Relaxing,comfortable and very clean. Excellent location

The food. No healthy choice. Everything that could possibly be soaked in butter was to a very unhealthy degree. Pity because good quality ingredients were spoiled especially what should have been healthy vegetables.
