Nothing, it was disgusting. Dirty. Uncomfortable. The whole place should be gutted. The pillows were stained we didn't even get into the beds. The breakfast was not available at the weekend, not that we would have eaten it. The windows and curtains were dirty. There were no staff on in morning |

Proximity to twickenham and although parking full owner found me a space closeby. Facilities were adequate for the price but ground floor room looking onto main road area in which we stayed had broken blinds and no curtains; not acceptable. Towels provided were clean but were hard. Had I read the reviews before booking as I should I have probably would not have booked but overall was adequate for 1 night. |

Breakfast was adequate and the kitchen was clean. Very near Twickenham Rugby ground and close to station Very worn and smelly, no headboards just grease marks on walls behind beds and look inside the smelly pillow cases at your peril! Had to use my coat as a pillow. Bathroom facilities too filthy to use and no working exractor. We left at 8am because of the smell and grime. |

Nothing other than its location The room smelt of years of stale cigarette smoke (I specifically requested a no-smoking room), the shower was tiny, with no water pressure. The room faced onto an outdoor courtyard and the curtains were not large enough to provide basic privacy. Overall I did not sleep well and did not enjoy my stay. |

location - though not as close to the train station as predicted. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. When I arrived, I had discovered they had taken the money from my credit card the day I booked it - a month previous - understood that isn't supposed to happen. Room very very basic. Had to ask for toilet roll, no milk and very little tea/coffee supplied. Base of bed looked like it was covered in mildew. Continental breakfast only - not what advertised. Expensive for what you actually get. |

Breakfast good & excellent location for rugby at Twickenham Poor standard of beds and bedding and needs upgrading in general. Dirty net curtains and windowsill had spilt liquid that had set due to being there for some time! |

Closeness to the Twickenham Ground. Bed linen was clean, room was warm at night. Management unbelievable most unprofessional, he was still in bed as we arrived at 8.30am (although checking in was not until 11am, to be fair). Curtains in the room could not be drawn and were hanging untidy from the rail, we had to improvise to close part of curtains for privacy at night. Carpet in the room was extremely marked. No milk in room or toilet paper. Breakfast was poor. |

The hotel is disgusting...damp, dirty, noisy, smelly, furniture in very bad condition, insecure-an open gate allowed access from the street to the courtyard were the room are situated the rooms, trip hazards everywhere, electrical cable hanging out of the walls in the dining room. Definately the worst place I have ever stayed at. |

The closeness to the Twickenham Rugby Stadium They did not serve cooked breakfast during the weekend but we still had to pay full price. The room was damp, the only towels we got did not dry. |
