Brene Hotel

The friendliness of the owners and always there to help you have a nice holiday telling u were to go and directing u to places the rooms was spotless and the shower was nice and hot the breakfast was spot on aswell I would deffo stay there again

The hotel and rooms where very clean and the staff friendly. English cooked breakfast was good and well presented.

One of our party ordered poached egg on toast and got one piece of toast and one egg, would have liked two.

Perfect host nothing was any problem also we all got an Easter egg on Easter Sunday :-)) nice touch

The hotel was great it was the first time in blackpool me and that what made the weekend special . The breakfast was great and the rooms where fantastic . they made you so welcomed

Did not dislike anything will be going back in the summer .

Colin & Keith were very helpful and friendly. They accomodated our needs. The room was very comfortable and breakfasts very tasty. The guest house was exceptionally clean, quiet and well run. It was also very handy for the shops and entertainment. We will definitely stay again.

It was in an excellent location very close to the main attractions and nightlife but not right in the thick of it so getting to sleep wasnt an issue even being in the room at the front of it. It was very clean and the room was nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent too.

Shower was very small and awkward.

The food - great breakfast! Warm and friendly staff. Nice clean & quiet room. Comfortable bed.

All the narrow stairs - difficult to climb with a heavy case. Room was also cold at times - heating went on & off. Kettle far too small - could only make one cup of tea at a time. Wardrobe not tall enough to hang longer clothes - such as dresses & shirts.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite, and the breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. Great location, easy walking distance to the North Pier and the Tower. Low cost parking very close by, but we were lucky to get a space on the road opposite. Had a very good time in Blackpool, and would highly recommend this hotel.

there was nothing we disliked about the brene. it was warm cosy spotless in a great place our hosts were very nice and helpfull. the breakfast was top class. we will be staying again in the future

Colin and Keith were great hosts , who welcomed us on arrival and are very friendly . The hotel is in a great location only 5 mins walk from the tower and is ideal for shopping.. The room was excellent , very clean and adequate for our stay. The breakfast was excellent and you could have cereal and fruit as well as a full english with extra toast if required , so there was no way you should still feel hungry when leaving the hotel for the day. overall i could not fault our stay at The Brene and we will be stopping there again in the near future

They where very friendly and welcoming on our return. we where accomodated with all our needs and really enjoyed our stay. Keith and Colin helped and advised us on blackpool attractions and where to eat. It was a great weekend, and would always recommend the Brene Hotel to anyone.

From the moment of being met at the door on arrival to a cheerful goodbye, Colin and Keith were the most friendly and attentive hosts anyone could hope for.Breakfasts are top rate,with cereal,fresh fruit and a full english to follow with fresh juice ,coffee and toast with extra if needed.Room was lovely and clean,bed comfortable and shower nice and hot.Our hosts made a point of asking what things we was interested in so they could point us in the right direction of places to visit which was very helpfull.the position of the hotel is great for all the shops,some nice bars and places to eat all in gentle walking distance.Perfect if like us you are travelling by train as the station is only a leisurally five minutes away and all the bus stops are very near too.Very quite street with other hotels but never disturbed at night time.As Arnie said,,,"We'll be back"!

This is our second stay at Brene and we love the place. Colin and Keith cannot be more helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is excellent and you are always being asked if you want more, plus big bowls of fruit and cereals to choose from. Always willing to have a chat and look up anything you need. For the local transport, buy a bus ticket from the main shop near to BHS, you get a discount over buying it in advance rather than on the bus. Not a massive saving individually, but would mount up with a few people. Definitely worth it as that is the main bus point anyway. Overall, definitely stay at the Brene, you will not regret it

The Brene has a lovely atmosphere due in no small part to Colin and Keith's attention to detail and desire to make your stay as nice as possible. The breakfast is ideal - not too big, not too small and perfectly cooked. The room facilities are ideal for the money you are paying. I wouldn't class it as 5 star by any means (not that it pretends to be) but I would have absolutely no hesitation in booking again and recommending to my friends.

The Brene Hotel was friendly and clean with amazing staff who put themselves out to recommend and direct you to any facilities you were interested in and who were always available for a chat when you came back to base. Situated very close to the seaside and Blackpool's attractions but with a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. A beautiful hotel at a great price with a gorgeous breakfast included, perfect for any traveller.

would reckomend to friends staff was very friendly when arrived breakfast was very good and they went out of there way to m make you very relaxes staying there was not to far away from the bech would go again

It was a very clean hotel with friendly owners. It was close to beach, tower, shops and evening entertainment. The breakfast was very good and the prices in the bar were reasonable. The owners were happy to recommend places to eat and where to visit. It was literally around the corner from Blackpool North Railway Station and Funny Girls. It was a weekend away with two friends and we had a fab time. We will be staying there again!

We were in the triple room and we could hear the people in the next room talking but this was not really a problem - they probably thought we were too loud!!

I found Brene hotel very clean and Colin and Keith were excellent hosts, we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The only thing I we did not like is the bedroom was very tiny we would have liked a bigger bedroom.

As many of the reviews state, Colin and Keith are great! They were very friendly hosts and gave us lots of information about the area. The hotel was nice and the room was clean. Breakfast was good. The location is great as it is very close to Blackpool North station, close to a relatively cheap car park if you need it, and a short walk to the promenade and tower. It was very quiet at night when we were there both inside and outside the hotel. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I would everythings in the hotel especially the service it was very good I hope to go there with same hotel thenk u for your co-operations
