A very friendly atmosphere. The couple running it were lovely and very funny; helpful and give plenty of advice on travelling around the area. The bedrooms were cosy and clean. Brilliant value for money.

Denise and Peter are two wonderful people. Nothing is too much trouble for them they went above and behond on more than one occation during my stay. They are very proffesional and also very friendly. Brentwood house is imaculate, the bedding spotless. I was very lucky during my stay I was upgraded to a double room at no extra cost. Denise is a very very good cook Only one thing single ply toilet paper.

We really enjoyed our stay at Brentwood House, it suited us great, everything was fantastic, the room was lovely, the owners are great with everybody, the breakfast tasted great, and the parking is ideal. I would defintely stay here again and recommend this guest house to anyone staying in Bridlington!

Stayed for 2 nights and if ever there was a home from home then this is it, We really can't praise Peter and Denise enough they really are a credit to there industry nothing is too much trouble and they throw in a brill breakfast t' boot.. A great yorkshire welcome awaits you from a great yorkshire couple, So what ya waiting for??... We will be returning for sure. Mick Angie,Laura n Jessie nothing

it was very central,the welcome was extremly good.the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent .Nothing was to much trouble when you requested extras of anything your request was always given with a smile . i would definatly recomend this hotel to others.well done to brentwood house! The only thing i would ask is please put the soap dish in the bathroon to one side as it makes it a little difficult to get near to wash your face .

WE had a really good welcome on arrival, Peter and Denise was so friendly and nothing was too much bother Breakfast was lovely plenty on your plate and could have had more if required.The locatation of Brentwood was just what we needed , near to all amentities ande bus station for our trips out. The only thing we would say is the gulls keep you awake all night if the window is open! but had a super two days at Brentwood.. Just the gulls screeching in the night when we had to open the window because we was too warm

Family run and family friendly,Breakfast a real treat,rooms immaculate and bed linen spotless.Peter and Denise could not have done more for us.The tea tray on arrival was particularly welcome.It's a real home from home,and we hope to back there before winter sets in.

Peter and Denise Davison provided excellent service in every respect. Their attention to detail was superb. The comfortable lounge and tastefully appointed bar provided a focal point for guests and created a homely and sociable atmosphere. I hope to holiday in Bridlington again and would not want to stay anywhere else. Full marks!

denise and peter were very friendly and most welcoming a bit like home from home. the breakfast was excellent. it is very handy for town centre and amenities and bus station is on the doorstep.would certainly stay there again.

Owners were very friendly & helpful. We arrived late but telephoned before to explain & this was no problem to them. Also we asked for an early breakfast which they also obliged with.
