The staff were friendly. Nice building (architecture). Room clean & comfortable, not enough space but good enough. Great location, easy to go in & out. The Italian restaurant next door - fantastic. One morning I found the towels that were supposed to replace the used ones on the floor out side in the corridor, didn't like it.

The staff were really friendly, always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble especially when I could not get on the Internet. The receptionist went to a lot of trouble to sort it out. Thank you, I will be back. The food was great and delivered to my room. We went away for a break to relax and we did just that. Thanks to all of you Albert Cotton

Excellent stay, comfortable room, very clean, comfy bed. Helpful staff (front desk, dining room, housekeeping). Great breakfast with very accommodating weekend hours (8.00-10.30). Would highly recommend.

Staff were really helpful - breakfast was good and the rooms are clean - this is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I'm sure there will be many If I did need to make a comment - it would have to be for the hotel to upgrade the bi-fold shower screens - as water still falls through the floor

We were happy with everything. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, neat and warm. The bathroom was also clean and essentials were made available. Breakfast was really good and we enjoyed it. Overall we enjoyed our weekend at this hotel and we will definitely stay there again. We do not have any negative comment about our stay at this hotel ad we did not have or experience anything to complain about.

Hotel well placed off m62 and to where I needed to be for my business meeting. Friendly staff, good sized room, good Italina restaurant and very good freshly cooked breakfast. Good value for money and would use again.
