The staff are really friendly , rooms are comfy and very clean De Sandro is an amazing restaurant ( go early as it gets very busy!) but the food is amazing and the staff are 1st class Breaksafst is amaxzing - you will not get a better one anywhere! If there is a function on you need to choose your room carefully as it can be extremly noisy and disruptive in the early hours when folks ' worse for wear' return to their room! Whilst all the staff are great, attentive and friendly it is somewhat strange that the manageress does not fit into this catogory - far from it!

Shower didn't work- disabled and no opportunity to shower and wash hair No hot water Staff apologized and told us the room should not have been made available… question then, why was it?! No suggestion of discount or refund was made. Incredible….

Stayed here a number of times when working in Elland, as the Briar Court is very well priced, rooms are clean and comfortable, and a fantastic breakfast! Plenty of parking too. Highly recommended!

Convenient - staff were very friendly. I was overcharged initially for my room but then when I rang the following day it was immediately refunded. The room was spotlessly clean. Rooms are quite small but for the price really one cannot expect much more.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating when after booking I broke my ankle. The staff were helpful by changing my room to a ground floor one and were excellant in ringing taxis etc Many thanks I think the bar menu was limited after 5pm if you didn't like Italian food and did not want a sandwich. My only gripe was we ended up going to a local pub for a meal in the evening. Breakfast at the hotel was excellant, in fact it was the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long while.

The staff were friendly. Nice building (architecture). Room clean & comfortable, not enough space but good enough. Great location, easy to go in & out. The Italian restaurant next door - fantastic. One morning I found the towels that were supposed to replace the used ones on the floor out side in the corridor, didn't like it.

The staff were really friendly, always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble especially when I could not get on the Internet. The receptionist went to a lot of trouble to sort it out. Thank you, I will be back. The food was great and delivered to my room. We went away for a break to relax and we did just that. Thanks to all of you Albert Cotton
