Very pleasant, quiet country location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Price is rather high but well worth the money. Excellant food and good parking facilities. |

Staff were helpful, good parking, excellent restaurant good choice including at least 2 fish dishes and vegetarian. Hotel was well located for visiting Kent and Sussex which was the purpose of our visit. Our room was over the restaurant and revellers at a Birthday Party were noisy until about 1pm. I am not a killjoy so was pleased to see them not looking good at breakfast!!! |

The quiet and beautiful village green country setting of the picturesque old manor house, opposite the country pub with geese on the lawn. The friendly welcome on arrival. The room was lovely, and it had all facilities including tea-making. It overlooked a small garden. The Brickwall is a very relaxing place, with an outdoor pool and a superb restaurant. It is a wonderful, welcoming place to stay. |

Quiet location, nice setting, nice room, good restaurant with excellent food and service. Not exactly a dislike but the lighting in the room could of been better. Also the room itself was a bit noisy as it was above restaurant area. |

We liked the fact that we could eat at the hotel, no worries about driving. When we arrived we were told we could have had a better deal if we had booked with the hotel and not through booking.com, we thought this was rather strange, and we were a bit put out by this. |

Food and service was excellent Although the bedroom was furnished to a high standard the bathroom did not meet this standard. The shower was completely inadequate. |

eating in the restaurant was a very good experience - the staff were very accommodating, the food was good (traditional/old fashioned menu but more than competently prepared and served) and the wine list was good and fairly priced. the rooms were small, soundproofing poor, bathroom mediocre and generally overpriced for what was offered. |
