Friendly staff, warm room, nice atmosphere. Liquid dispenser instead of soap, shower pressure very variable. Used to be better so I think they are just temporarily having a hard time.

The location was great. Near the train station and the buses stopped right outside. They also ensured that they had gluten free bread for my breakfast.

Supermarket nearby. Poor value for money. Very basic facilities and a tiny toilet. There are even cobwebs in wardrobe and ceiling! Would definitely not stay here again.

Location is good being about 20 minute walk from city centre and short walk from restaurants and food stores. The guest house is over rated - unclear why it is three star! Guest welcome could be better (a smile is free!) rooms are tired and could do we facelift. The cooked breakfast comprises cheap tasteless ingredients. The proprietor couldn't provide basic information about public transport access to city and was unable to present a map. All left is scratching our heads as to why Visit England would award 3 stars in 2011!

Friendly staff, parking available, quiet and clean room. Located right next to a huge building-site on a busy road. Rooms very bitty as far as the furniture goes.

Warm, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom adjacent to room 2 needs renovation. It was very clean, but the toilet drips constantly and the shower is so old it appears dirty despite being very thoroughly cleaned.

Beds were comfortable. We thought it was overpriced, had it been £60 a night I think I would recommend it but at £95 with a Travel Lodge 100m away they have to reduce the price.

Very good value for money, given the overall hotels price in the area. Easy walking distance from the station. You need at least 20 minutes to walk to the city center. There are buses but they don't run that often, so it's usually easier to just walk.

It is the second time that I stayed at the Bridge Guest House, I like it as it central, clean, nice size of the rooms, Tv with cable programs, quiet, it s very convenient and reasonably comfortable, the price is very good too. The breakfast starts at 7.30am which is a bit late for people who comes to Cmabridge for business, the coffee and the toast were not tasty at all. A coffee machine should be available.

Very close to Cambridge Leisure Park, a concert there was the reason for our visit. Beds were comfortable, as were the rooms , but rooms were in need of tlc. Breakfast was excellent, a good range of cerial / fruit / yoghurt etc, with a hearty English Breakfast to finish. Service was very good, and attentive. Very close proximity to a major building site, some 6 to 8 feet from our bedroom window. That said we did not experiance much noise and certainly no agrevating disturbances. The check in process was not the best I have experianced, but far from the worse. A more friendly, , approach would have been welcome. I think that the room charge was marginally good value for money, but the charge for breakfast £5pp made it poor value for money overall

Close to railway station and to town Staff were efficient and courteous. Service was prompt and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was promptly delivered and well cooked. Parking was good to see (even though we didn't have a car) peaceful stay WiFi worked well En suite had been used by previous occumpant for smoking so was smelly for the whole stay (not the fault of the Guest House) Internal security was a little questionable in late evening (other occupants had access to keys to rooms which were kept in foyer unsupervised in the late evening). Nothing of any value should be left in the rooms if you go out in the evening. Decor in our room was a bit "tired" but everything was clean and functional.

Staff were polite and very accommodating. Room and common areas very clean. Hassle free check-in and check-out. Key entry for security important feature. Price was appropriate. Family room was a good size (1 double, 2 twin). TV in room. Free Internet access in common area. Free parking available. Close to train station. Free continental breakfast. Option of buying English breakfast. Decor was somewhat dated.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was small but comfortable. The location was excellent for my needs, the service was very good. My only complaint is my room was near to the main road and was a bit noisy with the traffic going by at night.
