I booked this hotel on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed here. It was convenient for the railway station next door. Bus stops almost in front which we used to go via Swan Island interchange to the NEC to a trade event. The room overlooked the car park(east) so we awoke to sunshine in the room. The car park had plenty of room and was secure with camera surveillance. We had to turn the central heating off as the room was so warm, the weather was very mild for March.

The staff were friendly. The location says Birmingham Airport, it is no where near the airport - at least 20 mins, very misleading.

It was very clean the staff were friendly and it had a relaxing atmosphere. It was very quiet at night also. The parking facilities were excellent. The only thing you could say is from the outside the hotel looked closed on our initial arrival

The room was clean, tidy and warm. The food in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was excellent value for money. Very very dated decor. The bed was comfortable but a valance to hide the bed base would have been nice. The shower spewed out water in all directions and the bathroom looked like something out of a 70s hotel sitcom. Just a few extra touches would make this hotel quite nice.

The room was clean and warm. The guests were very loud and due to thin walls could not sleep from 5.30 am. Complained but they kept on. I do realise that some guests can be very rude and inconsiderate and I complained to the reception after knocking and telling them to quieten down did not do anything.

Its a very friendly family run hotel and this was our 3rd time of staying there for our visit to Crufts The restaurent serve a great evening meal and the full English breakfast incuded in the price this year is excellent we will be staying in this hotel for the foreseeable future on our annual trip to Crufts

We stayed at the quality hotel mainly because it was close to the venue we needed to attend. The hotel was quiet (not many residents) but the service was superb. we had booked an evening meal and the quality of that was first class....if you are staying in Birmingham or want a first class hotel stay here, Adcock Green railway station is ! minute away and run regualr services into the city. This was our first, but wont be our last visit to this hotel.
