We had a very comfortable two day stay at this hotel whilst visiting the nearby nec. The breakfast was very good but a freshly made pot of tea/coffee on our table instead of 'ready made' in a jug flask on the buffet table would have been good, The evening restaurant meal was very good & the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again when in the area.

Every one was very helpful, but a special mention must made about the chef and the food. They where both excellent and I would use this hotel again, because I was so impressed with the qaulity and presentation of the food.

Staff were hardworking,neat in appearance,friendly and polite. Breakfast wholesome and well presented without delay. Proximity to railway and cheap regular trains to city centre a real boon. Also easy access roads towards coventry and stratford-on-avon. Secure car parking. Clean reasonably spacious bedroom with all good basic facilities. Ideal for 3 or 4 days in area. None really. Rather tortous route to room 144. perhaps an additional sign or two to reception.

A warm welcome, they even kept the kitchen open so we could have a meal. We had the curry which the chief maked from scratch while we waited with a nice drink and it taste great . We would definately return.

The staff were really helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent breakfast. Important factor was being able to park the car off the road. We would certainly book to stay there again if visiting area.

Excellent position for the railway station - right next door. Good place to park the car for the weekend and use the train to get into the city £2:20 day return. Staff were helpful and friendly. Wi fi very useful Price fair

it was a good location clean freindly would stay there again and recomend thanks the only thing was the limited menu and some of the food was a bit expensive in my opinion would not stop me from going again though would look for local restraunt or takeaway thanks

It was clean and tidy and the bathroom was spotless The pillows were very hard and there was not a soft one. That said we did not mention this to the staff and therefore did not give them the opportunity to change them.

The lady at the reception was kind. The room was stuffy. It had a musty odour. The toilet seat was broken and scotch taped. No lift or help to carry baggages to first or second floor. Although I was to return to this hotel for another night's stay I couldnot cancel because the internet facility was not working. Therefore I had to bear cancellation cost. I would not recommend this hotel.
