Nothing Recetion un-manned, had to go in the pub to find help. Bedroom next to the kitchen extractor. Noise unbearable. Asked for and got a move. Next room toilet flush mechanism worked contiually. By this time I had given up. Hotel is in need of a massive spend to update it. One saving grace was I was granted a free stay for my troubles. Still, paying nothing is over priced. Shame because I love Port Sunlight.

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel and we love the slightly old fashion feel it has. The prices in the restaurant and bar are exceptionally good and there is Sky sports in the bar. The price of the rooms has gone up since we last stayed but still well worth it.

Excellent location, close to where I needed to be. Very friendly staff Very reasonably priced pub food available. Quiet room, in spite of being over a pub. Loud music at breakfast

Well situated right in Port Sunlight village. Staff very helpful and flexible. Rooms in dire need of refurbishment and cleaning above floor height. Bathroom was like something from a 1950's hospital.

Misleading pictures on your website gives the impression the rooms have been refurbished recently. Far from it, staff confirmed not at least five years ago. Had to change rooms on arrival as dirty and windows would not close. Second room wasn't much better, all worn out decor and dirty windows. Went for breakfast and dirty restaurant area, no fresh coffee and poor quality food. Its the worst place we've ever stayed in

The staff were relaxed, helpful and friendly, (this includes the cleaning staff). The bedroom was comfortable with sufficient amenities and clean. The bar area was spacious and bright with a good selection of beers, etc. We had an engagement buffet, which was excellent and of a high standard also there was plenty of food. The staff did not rush us in anyway hence it made the occasion very enjoyable. The room was well prepared in advance and we were able to stay as long as we needed to. The breakfast was of a high standard. Thanks to all the staff at the Bridge Inn the engagement do was a success. We thought is was great
