When I saw the room that I had booked it initially, I was really choked about the size of the room, the very basic and ugly furniture, and on the top of them was the WC's seat cover was completely broken and I couldn't use it properly(it was sleeping on my back very disagreeable).I asked to the stuff to change my room room with another one more comfortable they accepted. Very Very Very noisy hotel, all the rooms are over the street and even with double glaze, we can hear all the noise of the cars from the street. I couldn't close my eyes all the night from 1.00-8.00am, while I woke up and leave the hotel for ever. I don't booked it any more as I really didn't like the rooms, the ugly and horrible furniture, WC was completely black in inside(dirty), service very poor. And on the top of them the price is very very high for the quality and the service of the hotel. I know one much much better with half of this price for Two people just close to Hide Park, very quiet, clean hotel which I'll booked it for the next time. |

The friendliness and the smiles of the staff. Clean room. Excellent breakfast. Fruits in the room!!! Wireless in the reception. |

The staff was friendly. The breakfast room was very dark. The room was very small wih a fridge next to the bed and the room was extremely warm. |

not really, it is ok just if you want to sleep but not spending even an hour in the room little room , , do not accept the ground floor!!! you`ll see nothing on the window and the rooms are little and claustrofobic, the breakfast was poor. |

Walking distance of the River with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast served for short period between 8 and 10 and vacate room by 11. All a bit rushed after an evening out. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also complimentray fruit and bottles of water in the fridge in the room. The bedrooms needed upgrading and bathrooms were not as clean as we would have liked. The replacement windows also need sealing properly as the noise from the street can be heard very loudly. |

The hotel was close to the Coronet theatre which was the venue for the concert we attended. It is close to the underground also with easy access into central London. Only 10 min walk from the Thames .Overall good price for a London hotel The rooms were on the small side but not too much of a concern for one night stay. Any more might become a bit of a problem. The breakfast choice was limited. |

The hotel was clean and convenient for where I wanted to be in London. The price was the determining factor of my stay. Hotel clean, staff friendly; overall very basic but for its price very good value. |

Staff was courteous and helpful. A curtain needed to be fixed and it was done quickly and unobtrusively. Location is on a deserted street at night. |

+ center of London- between 'tower bridge" and "big ben"- 10 min to both site..friendly staff, no problem with payment. Very cheap, not so far to the tube station ( 5-7 min to go). Hotel looks perfect- old victorian style. Free tourist map /// - very small rooms, not enough shops and pub`s around |

The hotel receptionist was helpful and friendly and the hotel room was clean. Beds were very comfortable too! Nice hotel for price. |

Location / proximity to city is great. The staff were polite and helpful and the 24hr reception was useful at 3am! Price was good Very noisy - i could hear everything going past my bedroom door from 8am and could hear the guy in the room next to me snoring... |

The staff we encountered were very helpful and even made a room available to us despite arriving earlier than 2pm Only the fact that there was constant road traffic noise until at least 3.30am (when we finally went to sleep) |

It was very close to a conference venue I was attending the next day (walking distance) & within walking distance of tube & good eating places near Waterloo. It was great finding the plate of fruit in the fridge. The bed linen and towels were clean and the toiletries provided were adequate. The bathroom was not entirely clean and there were hairs on the floor near the shower, The toilet did not look completely clean. |

The friendly and polite reception staff, the complementary bottles of water and fresh fruit, the location of the hotel in relation to what we wanted to see on our visit. The shower cubicle looked grubby. Other than that, the overall cleanliness was very satisfactory. |
