Good parking, helpful staff! More than adequate for our needs.
Hot tap on bath would not turn off this was sorted by helpful staff
Very pleasant an accommodating staff.
Bathroom needed a deep clean.
Staff, food was good value .... the bed was comfortable...
Looked as if someone had tired to break in the door strip was loose Only had a small soap no shower / wash liquid in bathroom ...no plug in sink
food wise could not fault it restaraunt manageress 1st class location brilliant

Very comfortable, great value for money, nice breakfast. Excellent menu for evening meal, very reasonably priced.
Cheap and convenient. Good breakfast
Dirty grouting in the bath. Toilet roll with no hanger. No late bar
Cheapest in area Good location for my specific needs to be close to my daughter in Langford
Scruffy and worn appearance in room Food very basic No Wifi in room
We chose this hotel for it's location, as we needed to be close to Clevedon. We liked the space in the room, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the shower was particularly good and powerful. The room was cleaned and tidied and there was good parking (free). Overall excellent value for money and much better than you would expect from a 2 star rated hotel.
sky sports on site play area nice food decent rooms for a budget hotel
shower curtain no air con
stayed several occasions at hotel now. Close to relatives and good value for money.
Mould in bathroom but understand major renovations taking place shortly.
Location was ideal for where we needed to be. Our own code to let us in late. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean.
Staples in the hallway holding the wallpaper on. Fire exit door on ground floor open all day and night. Carpet was wet. Mould around the window was smelly. The dining area needed a good hoover. The water could not get through the shower head due to the build up of scale to get washed in. So the shower was like a trickle. All these problems can be easily solved. Descaler / flash bleach and a hoover.
Cost. Ok for one night's sleep.
The cleaning staff were very polite and didn't make us feel as if we had leave quickly.
The room was very basic and not very welcoming. There were tiny holes in the curtains.
Breakfast was OK but service poor. Rooms clean and comfortable but in need of updating.
Evening Meals. Average to poor. Drinks deals advertised were unavailable.
No hand soap in bathroom
Close to the event we were attending. Quiet at night.
No fruit available for continental breakfast on both the Sun and Monday mornings. Monday the floor hadn't been hovered from Sunday evening meals. Only 1 male member of staff available.
The location is very handy, within a few miles of the motorway. The room was spacious and well equipped. The restaurant was low cost with a good choice.
The window frame surrounds in the bedroom were covered in mould stains. The furnishings were dated and in need of tlc. The soundproofing between upper and lower rooms was poor .
The linens and bathroom were clear, the room was quiet, and the room was a large room. It was very close to relatives in Yatton and we would definately stay there again when visting from the states,
Seemed short staffed. When we did find staff they were friendly and tried to be helpful. We stayed 5 days - seldom was anyone at receptions. There was no TV remote in our room and it took three days to get one that worked.
Loved this hotel not only was it good value but clean as well with a hungry horse pub :-)
Clean tidy room, No 10. Comfortable. Good value. Staff helpful and polite. Plenty of hot water. Good location for our needs that weekend. Good car parking,
Bathroom a bit 'tired' some flaking paint in bath panel. Mould on sealant around bath. No toiletries, normally a standard in most hotels. Somebody else's soap left in bathroom. No wifi! Wifi only available in restaurant. No roast chicken for the advertised Sunday roast! Made do with lasagne. Customers coughing and sneezing caused by fumes from food.
Value for money - on site restaurant
The rooms were shabby and in need of a refurbish- especially the bathroom. The hot tap in our room required force to turn it off. The staff should not be vacuuming while the guests are eating breakfast Tables weren't cleared once guests had finished eating.
the bar and food were very good value for money and in a very good atmosphere. staff were kind and helpful. The room covered all basic needs and generally a peaceful night away.
the room was a bit worse for ware, but clean and tidy.
