Size of the room.
The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable.
Delayed on motorway phoned The Bridge staff super helpful for late arrival. Everything fine for a good nights sleep btween two long days driving.
Food. Location & atmosphere.
Reception did not put through an external telephone call to my room.
Our bedroom was quiet, however, you should not have functions with incredibly loud music - even on Saturday evenings. People go to hotels to sleep and be quiet, do they not????
Very noisy, disturbing guests from S & T Cables. Woke our granddaughters at 2 a.m. on Sunday morning after heavy drinking. Cooked breakfast was cold. Surely you can serve hot breakfasts??????. Why must you always have loud pop music even at breakfast time. Do not guests deserve some peace and quiet????
Close to the M5, free parking and good value for money.
Lack of Wiffi as only available in the restaurant/bar
close to relatives we were visiting and staff gave good service

Convenient location. Good size room & bed. Simple quick & easy check in & out. Easy, close bye, free parking. Happy to stay again.
Bathroom extractor not working. My wife's Dinner was OK mine was grossly over cooked & I should have returned it. Will eat elsewhere next time.
Bits of Fluff in our food. Breakfast was slightly burnt.
Friendly staff, good food and excellent value for money!
Little worn around the edges decor and furnishings. Dripping shower head in bathroom.
good choice for eating comfort also great helpful staff
could be better lit up outside as its easy to miss it
easy access from the M5,and to the airport. Nice place for a relaxing drink and meal
It was a bit run down!
We stayed at the Bridge Inn as it was only a mile away from Yatton train station. We were able to conveniently get into Bristol for shopping and drinks. We also ate at the Bridge Inn, it was good food and value for money. On the Friday and Saturday night there was some Christmas parties but we couldn't hear a thing in our room. The bed was comfy, bathroom was excellent and the shower had good water pressure. Would highly recommend staying here for the location and value for money.
Parking available and friendly helpful receptionist. Lovely room, warm and clean with bath and shower
Nothing it was perfect
comfortable beds. just acceptable for a quick overnight stay but wouldnt want to stay longer.
breakfast was cold, only given 1 mushroom and 1/2 a tomato with the bacon, all were cold. rooms very tired looking as was rest of hotel.
Everything really,I was playing football in Bridgwater that weekend and instead of travelling back to oxford booked in with my wife for a night away from the kids. The room was excellent,as was the food and service in the restaurant, and so was the bar!A nice cooked breakfast in the morning set us up for the trip home.Would definatley stay again, thought the value for money was excellent.
We didn't like the hotels new policy with regards to dogs. We booked the room as we were travelling to a dog show and so wanted a dog friendly stop over. Sadly the hotel changed its policy 1 week before we were due to travel and so was too late to find somewhere else.
The price and location Restaurant menu very good
Room was dated and dusty Bathroom mouldy
Customer service. Value for money and the quality of food for that money. Barbara the receptionist was very kind and really caring. When we could not get a taxi in the rural area, she offered to drop us to our venue so that we could make the party.
The room was decorated nicely and spacious the hot water was hot!
The shower curtain was mouldy and smelt of smoke, this made the whole room smell.
The bar had a great choice of food. Staff were very friendly.
