Rooms are a decent size and comfortable.

You cannot book in after 22.00 hrs. As my flight was late this caused a problem - only resolved by a relative being able to collect a key before reception closed otherwise I would not have been able to check in.

Unfortunately it is difficult to answer this as the room we stayed in was a death trap. Our bathroom was flooded due to a leak from an upstairs room, which had clearly been an issue for a prolonged period of time from the state of the ceiling which was black over a space of approx 1 sq metre and looked unsafe.There was water dripping from the electric box connected to the extractor fan which was a clear fire hazard. Had there been a fire, our exit via the door to the room would have been blocked. We could not have escaped through the windows as they were locked with no key available.

Good position, just off m5. All facilities available if you want them - or you can just have room-only. Staff were friendly. We also saw family friendly rooms with cots and extra beds for children. Excellent for a base to visit family or for an overnight stop whilst in transit to / from the south west.

Everything is serviceable, good clean towels and comfy beds but the hotel had a slightly run-down feeling . For example - grouting around the bath was black and cracked - light shades with cobwebs.

Comfortable and good value for money

Although clean it had cut on corners somewhat.The bath plug hole had hairs all round it and there was a general musty type smell about the place mainly in the corridoors and public areas

A really nice lodge. It smelt lovely as you went in and along the coridor, the room also smelt nice. Both windows opened, albeit only a couple of inches, but that I think was because we were on the ground floor. Another nice touch was the heated towel rail in the bathroom, keeping the nice fluffy white towels warm. The bed had a very good quality mattress and the white bed linen was really good quality too. The only thing I think would be an improvement would be the addition of a little fridge in the room. Decent sized mugs would be nicer than the little cups provided, but hey ho that's only our opinion. We will definately stay there again when visiting friends and family in Clevedon.

The location was good for Bristol Airport and there is a restaurant on site. The rooms are of a good size.

The hotel had certainly seen better days and was in urgent need of redecoration especially in the bathroom, but what can you expect for £20 per night.

Not being able to use the bar or pool table etc after 11.00 pm.

Great value for money at weekends good value for money food staff friendly.

All the staff were young people ,but all of them were very helpful & polite,a credit to the younger generation
