This hotel is fabulous, would reckcomend to anybody who likes a touch of class. We have booked this hotel again in December. Great Hotel, great location, and staff excellent, nothing to much trouble. Its was just fantastic. |

The apartment was clean and quite trendy. It was reasonably priced. It was in a great location. And best of all it was huge compared to your normal hotel room. |

Great location for shopping and all attractions. Ideal if like me your a Beatles Fan. Speke hall,the tate and the cathederals just around the corner. |

The location was fantastic, v-central. Didn't find out until we left that you can request a late checkout, 11-12 costs 15 extra. That would've made the trip perfect as it was a bit of a rush leaving for 10 a.m. |

location was good, hotel staff were nice the apartment had cheap fittings and furniture and was not a luxury apartment as I was told. We stayed 2 nights and the apartment wasn't cleaned or new towels given or even the bed made! Also, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone in the apartments above and below and in the halls outside. This may be a pedantic point, but the movement sensors for the lights aren't sensitive enough! I was standing in the dark waving my arms for ages! |

it is a fantastic shopping spot and very handy to throw in your shopping bags when you start to get weighed down, its like a home from home and everything you need is right there from cooking dinner to charging your i pod. the pillows were like rocks! also very stuffy, also i felt on edge watching everything we did in the room because there are so many ways they can slap an extra charge on your bill. |

During three full days of sightseeing and shopping, the location of the hotel meant that it was easy to slip into it and spend a hour recuperating before continuing our activities. The fact that the apartment was so comfortable, meant that spending an hour in it was a pleasure. |

The appartment was right in the centre of the shopping and restaurant action!!! The appartment was superbly designed and beautifully maintained.. We were visiting our daughter who is at L'pool Uni and we will certainly be a regular user of these appartments...so much better than staying in a hotel! |

Convenience of location - close to shopping; bus/train station etc. Apartment was fab - spotless and modern. Only if I had to pick a fault I would say the apartment was a bit stuffy - could be a problem in the summer time. |
