Excellent location. Friendly staff. Facilities top notch.
Only 3 comfy seats in living room but 4 people in our party
Central to all liverpol has to offer. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the separate living and dining area to unwind before and after our days/nights out.
Excellent location Well equipped apartment Value for money
Everything was very good throughout our stay.
As the apartment entrance is in a pedestrianised street it was a bit hard to find when in a car. Better instructions needed to find car park.
Everything good .surely the location , clean , comfort and staff .
The staff at reception were extremely helpful, kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The location could not have been better as it is right in the centre of liverpool one. The apartment itself was very spacious and the views were amazing! Will definetely be returning to BridgeStreet again soon.
To be picky the sofa's were a bit hard and the oven wasn't great but still did the job.
Hot water finish quickly, not easy to find the hotel , no one to take the luggage and i had to take them along way because the car cant reAch the hotel
The wifi was so expensive
The staff were very friendly, especially Ian who was very helpful. Apartment was very good.
Towel rail and extractor fan did not work in bathroom. Bathroom cold
Couldnt fault the apartment at all Was lovely and clean and had everything you need
On arrival we paid for our room, only after that were we told we had to oay a £150 deposit, we were a young couple and if i'm honest couldnt really afford to pay as this had to come out of our spending money, if we had been told about the diposit we would have planned for it,
Everything central to shops transport and bars.restaurants
Everything to like
Nothing to dislike
Great self catering facilities, right in the hub of everywhere, good parking at extra cost. Shame they dont include wifi the additional cost is steep and dont drink the small bottles of water in the fridge, they're £3 each!
I liked everything about the apartments didnt find anything to dislike about them.
Very kind staff switched rooms around for us so we could have a room with a view to the Albert dock for visiting elderly relatives to enjoy. Stayed a few times and it is always clean friendly and efficient. Secure car park is a massive plus
Location, size of rooms
The location was brilliant we couldn't of been any closer than where we wanted to be, it was perfect!! And the parking facilities were amazing!!!!
There wasn't really anything we didn't like!!!
Wasn't expecting these apartments to be as nice as they were. They had literally everything you would need in terms of facilities and the location was great, in the centre of everything. Would never stay anywhere else apart from these apartments while staying in Liverpool again.
There wasn't enough toilet roll or towels in the apartment. There was a washing machine that we could wash
The location is fantastic for Liverpool One shopping and Albert Dock for the evening. The facilities are great.
We have used these appartments over the years and recommended them to several people, however this stay I felt let down and embarrassed Id recommended this place. The check in was late afternoon, we were told the shower water would be hot for now but in the morning we would have to activate the hot water which would take 30 minutes. By the time we got in and started getting ready to go for a meal that was booked the shower was not hot but freezing. When this was relayed the two receptionists were more defensive and stated they had told us. I explained we were told there'd be enough hot water for a shower but there wasn't and their response was, 'well they are appartments and not a hotel'. The staff came across quite immature and had no interest in customer service. We had booked to stay again later in the year but have since cancelled. 2 other couples staying at the same time also confirmed they had no hot water when they needed to get ready. Poor.
The location is great factors are good. Nice apartment.
The Wifi you had to pay for £10 a day. We did not use this it's really expensive and it should be free.
everything ! It was just brilliant
Location Space Cleanliness Staff extremely helpful
A little noisy near street level (street cleaning) so take earplugs!
I must admit the apartment was clean and well presented but there was quite a few down sides..
You have to pay a £150 deposit when you get there which you are never told about, the rooms are always to warm even in January, you can only have 2 showers in a day because the hot water runs out, there was 2 windows, one didn't open and then thw other only opened a bit! The cleaners are very pushy to get you out at check out time! The staff can be rude and When we stayed there was some very loud music which the staff didn't stop !
Was bit surprised to be charged for wifi or bottles of water in the fridge
I liked the absence of traffic, and the peaceful nights. I liked being in the centre of the city. I liked the views higher up.
Some of the coasters had been damaged, presumably by previous guests, otherwise I found nothing to dislike.
