“ Location was perfect in the middle of town and very close from the train station which is how we arrived in town. Apartment was spacious and clean and our view was amazing over the city. 24 hour reception was also excellent as we had to check out early. Overall, our stay was perfect and staff were great. ”

The proximity of the City center. Great access with car and bus. Contact with staff was excellent. The corridor smelled not good.

Location excellent, staff really friendly. Nice to have more room space than you would in a normal hotel. Felt very practical..no complaints, just not that homely. Great for a short stay.

The view from the 10th floor was amazing, seeing all the city and the docks. The location was perfect for night life and shopping. The bed could have been more comfortable, both suffering with a bad back!

Brilliant location, convenient to everything, friendly staff, clean with everything you need supplied in the apartment. Highly recommended! Wi-Fi at £10 per night, (complimentary just about everywhere else we have stayed in the UK).

Despite it being stated no deposit needed . Upon arrival deposit was requested of £150 Cash . Early checkout of 11am and late checkin of 3pm Had to pay extra.

Friendly staff, excellent location. Spacious accommodation with good facilities. Secure underground car parking. Perfect for a 2 or 3 night leisure stay. Would be brilliant if travelling for business You would have to be ultra picky to find fault with this accommodation

We liked the location, it couldn't have been better. Staff friendly and efficient. Lovely apartment excellent for family of three. Didn't really dislike anything. The only thing I would slightly criticise is the floors were very slippery so kept my shoes on at times which were then very noisy. Luckily we were on the first floor.
