Everything was very good. The cooking was excellent - steaks done with care and to perfection and the breakfasts excellent. The attention to detail, and consideration for your guests on so many things showed through, and was much appreciated. Would reccomment your hotel greatly. Absolutely nothing at all - which is unusual I think. |

We used the spa facilities which were adequate, not excellent. The location was ideal for our requirements, and handy for an Asda Superstore nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast excellent Advertised as a modern hotel the decor was awful - Medievil, heavy and drab. Despite booking months in advance and requesting a twin room we were given a ground floor wheelchair accesible room on the 1st night, which was like staying in a private hospital room. Also, the door faced a function suite ready for a wedding, - there should be no rooms near any function suites due to the noise. |

Place was nice for the price . Room not ready at 2.30pm. Noise from a party of women was incredible and went on until 5 am - surely staff can tell them to be quiet for the other guests? Or is it against QH policy to get staff to consider the majority against the minority of noise makers? |

Generally staff friendly and attentive. Staff not attentive when waiting in bar for table in restaurant (did they forget). Very expensive restaurant for what it was. Lower price may encourage tipping! |

The pool and spa were lovely, the outside space was pleasant and the room was very comfortable. It would have suited us to have breakfast later than 11am as we at a function at the hotel that didn't end until 1am, normally it would have suited us fine but since it was such a heavy night we missed breakfast!! |

Very friendly reception, bar and breakfast staff. We felt that nothing was too much trouble for them. Standards of cleanliness seem to have gone down. The courtyard had not been swept for ages (lots of litter) and the tables were not wiped. prefered the dining room when it used to have tableclothes. Would like to know in advance if the cooked part of the breakfast was going to be table service or buffet as we would have room service when it's buffet. |
