Good value for money. Basic but clean. Can be a bit noisy at weekends - not the hotels fault - just other inconsiderate locals and guest.

There was a TV in the room Very small room, actually no safe lock on the room door, old carpets, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, hasn't been informed about room cleaning services and couldn't choose if I wanted or not - so it looked like someone entered my room without me knowing it.

It is very difficult to be positive about this "hotel". It is one of many in Brighton that cater mainly for the weekend trade I suspect. It does provide a relatively inexpensive bed for the night - however, it is nothing more than a series of rooms with beds in - no breakfast. It was well situated for us though. Decoration in need of a redo. Noisy. Tiny room - not possible to open wardrobe fully! Tiny shower. Very basic - but then you get what you pay for especially in Brighton - there must be something better than this in this town but we have not found it yet.

Location Needs upgrading, even for a budget hotel. Stairs very difficult to negotiate, especially with luggage. As with many hotels, the 10.30 check out is very early, especially on a sunday morning with nowhere to go for breakfast.

Lots of hot water, towel and bath mat changed every day, coffee and tea facilities renewed every day. Price. Hairdryer and t.v. all very good. No reception area. Booked in what looked like a cupboard with dirty washing everywhere. No sign of staff during the whole of my stay. Too many stairs and very narrow. Single room very small but adequate with very small en suite. Very noisy plumbing and walls paper thin. Dust on skirtings and carpets with burn marks despite it being a non smoking hotel. It all needs updating and decorating. Only one small towel plus a bath mat.

The hotel is close to Brighton beach. The room was small and clean. There is no breakfast but there are a lot of nice restaurants close by where you can get english breakfast. Would stay there again. Everything was good.

Nothing! It is not a hotel it is a dingy room, poor facilities, shower tiny mould on tiles, Carpet disgusting. No reception, no breakfast or dining room. It should be closed down and certianly should never be called a hotel, it is not even up to the standard of a hostel. Terrible value for money, I wish I had slept in my car.

Nothing the place is not a hotel it is a dump. No parking, filthy , fire hazard, showers so small a dwarf would struggle to fit in. No food , dirty curtains, beds. You could not tell what colour the carpets where originally they were that stained. This hostel should be closed down by the local authorities and made to update to modern safety standards.

As I was only going to be in the hotel to sleep overnight, price was a key factor in choice. The other main reason for choosing this hotel was proximity to the conference venue (centre of the city).

the room was tidy and good size, very close to the front sea 1 minute walk The receptionist could not speak English at all she could not understand my requests and she did not check my debit card when me and my partner checked in. too expensive this accommodation, no breakfast and they really need to consider to change the carpet must be 200 years old. I would only go back if there are not bed available in any other b and b in Bighton
