The room was clean, nice white fluffy towels and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast selection was poor even if it was all organic. For example the cheese on offer (there is no cooked breakfast) was cut into tiny pieces which had sat out too long and they were dry and unappetising. |

Wonderful breakfast buffet with tasty english cheese(and other organic food). Fruits available all day and a homemade bananacake at afternoon.(You need the extra power to reach the 4th floor -the training is free).Nice view over the square even with a little bit seaview.Very friendly staff.Kingsize bed not too soft. Optimum distance for walking to towncenter and pier and running till Hove as well. You always get very clean feet using the shower,as the water stands for minutes. And with 2 persons taking a shower a overflow situation can occur. |

the staff (other than the owners) were pretty unfriendly. they couldn;t find my reservation (i'd booked for friends), despite visiting the hotel and speaking to someone twice to clarify what i had done. |

The hotel was bright, warm and cosy. We had a trouble free, warm and friendly welcome and our room, which was situated on the fourth floor was clean and comfortable and well worth the climb. The breakfasts were amazing, plenty of freshly prepared organic food. The organic food wasn't the reason we chose the hotel, but it has changed my way of eating - delicious. 10/10 It's not the hotel's fault but we did have to pay and extra 12.50 a day to park. I feel that thid should have been made clearer in the information - but perhaps I didn't look carefully enough, as parking is tight every in Brighton apparently - but it added an extra £62.50 on the top of the stay - so next time I may not stay in a hotel so central. |

Fabulous Continental Breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Warm and cosy room (November). Good decor of room and communal areas. Staff attentive and promt. Very good location for bars/restaurants and shopping and, of course, the beach and pier. |

Es ist eine alte Villa umgebaut als Hotel, wie sehr viele da. Eine typische Kulisse wie aus Englischen Filmen. Sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend,obwohl wir Cornflakes den vorzug gegeben haben. Wir haben im vierten Stock gewohnt ohne Aufzug, die Treppen sind sehr schmal. Aber es ist zu bewerkstelligen. Man sollte nicht zuviel Gepäck dabei haben weil, helfen wird keiner. |

Sunn og variert frokost, rent, gode senger, gode håndklær. Betjeningen var hjelpsom og vennlig. Beliggenheten var ideell, nært stranden og shopping, men samtidig i en rolig gate. I dette huset er det neppe plass for en heis, men om det var mulig, ville det vært en klar forbedring. Dette var ikke noe problem for oss, og det er også presisert på hotellets nettsider at det ikke er heis. |
