Best Western The Brighton Hotel

Good service from staff, excellent breakfast, room was clean and comfortable.

The room we were in was a bit noisy - air con, lift. Also it was too hot so we had to have the windows open all night, so traffic noise as well.

Very good value for money with helpful staff and a comfortable room

Could do with slightly better sound insulation - but earplugs solved the problem!

Friendly & helpful staff. Room was clean & comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Bathroom was very small & needed updating. Had to draw the blind for privacy.

I was suprised to find out 15 £ charge for parking. Advertised as half of the rooms are with see view but room that we wore given wos under street level with view to four dumped walls.

The Hotel is very "tired" needs a complete revamp room 224 very small and noisy! Only 1 very slow and very small lift during rain storm water flooding in restaurant and viewing area not good

Not a Lot !! It was pretty awful . a back room with no view next to a noisy lift which made lawful noise all night

the room was next to a very noisy lift which kept me awake all night the advert said most rooms had a sea view, my view was of a back alley and fire escapes. it was awfull

The location was excellent and the room was very clean. Staff were helpful.

The car park is a true nightmare, not at all suitable for larger vehicles. The room was small and hard to access vi many meandering stairs.

The staff were very helpful and co-operative; the breakfasts were excellent; the rooms were kept very clean for the duration of my stay and the hotel had free wi-fi which was a huge bonus for me as I had work to finish off and emails to send.

Perhaps eventually the windows need to be double glazed as the traffic noise where outside my room was quite loud and the pipes and boilers tended to be quite noisy in the mornings with people waking up having showers.

Very welcoming entrance with spacious bar area which was relaxing ! The room was modern, clean and very comfortable ! Not toooo far from the pier.
