Staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects of my stay. My room was a shocker, I felt like I was staying in a Brighton bedsit. Thankfully, it was a business trip and I only needed to use the room as a changing room and a bed for the night but I would never stay there again under other circumstances. |

I liked the decor of the hotel and the location. I felt the hotel was overpriced and that it was too much that guests were expected to pay £15 parking overnight. |

Nothing, I was really disapointed with the hotel, I didn't know the hotel before booking and really booked it because it was a Best Western. |

Reasonably priced. Staff helpful. Very dated, could do with some new furniture and a good refurbishment. |

I have no posetive points but I do have many negatives. when you consider that a night stay at your hotel cost £59.00 I feel that £15.00 car parking is not acceptable. In hindsight I could find a much better hotel. |

Room not clean, staff unfriendly and uncooperative. Breakfast nothing special. Bathrooms (room 233) ridiculously small. Lift undersized for mid size hotel. |

Near to the conference centre. The rate was not remotely commensurate with the quality of the accommodation. The shower was incapable of producing a steady flow of water at a consistent temparature and was loud enough to wake other guests. The hotel was in dire need of refurbishment. The service at breakfast was very slow. The breakfast menu was rather limited. The hotel attempted to add £1. |

It wasn't luxury but it wasn't unpleasant either. For the price paid it was pretty good, staff were friendly and it's in a good location |

excellent location, sea view made the trip, shop around for best price (which i found on booking.com) to get most of their excellent value. comfy beds and clean for a good value budget break on seafront. have recommended to others already cold pancakes - the fruit and yoghurt pancake breakfast would have been great, why couldnt they just heat them up? |

When we got a clean and acceptable room, it had a nice view of the seaside. On arrival we were allocated a room which we went to and the bed was messy, unmade and dirty, the toilet and bathroom were also dirty and the bin was full of rubbish. |

I have to give you guys 11 out of advertising.... The hotel is nothing like the photographs on the website. We were stuck in one of the back rooms with a view from the back of another hotel in a noisy side street was not pleasant at all |
