The reception and bar area were very inviting and hopes were high for the room. We had booked a superior double and the room was dissapointing in the size and limited facilities, only two small milk pots for two people! The on-suite was a very shabby looking shower and a WC that anyone other than a dwarf would be uncomfortable on. |

I booked 2 rooms, but 1 room was much larger than the other, don`t see why that should have happened. The smaller room had a very small shower room, and the shower itself not at all good. |

I think the location was emazing for me also the stuff they were nice with us & try to help even with the many imformation that we asked about any things.... no nothing relly >>> and im sure whenever i vist Brighton i ll be there with same hotel for every month... |

The welcome and helpfullness of the staff. Cleanliness, comfort,location. You have a pancake dish on the b'fast menu - it was a cold dish. Menu should specify it is cold. Expectation is that b'fast pancakes are always hot. Guests were leaving them partially uneaten. |

Good service from staff, excellent breakfast, room was clean and comfortable. The room we were in was a bit noisy - air con, lift. Also it was too hot so we had to have the windows open all night, so traffic noise as well. |

Was good value for money and the staff very friendly and helpfull. Had a great stay. Nice clean room. TV a little small and no bed side light. Did not spend much time in the room so not a big problem. |

I was suprised to find out 15 £ charge for parking. Advertised as half of the rooms are with see view but room that we wore given wos under street level with view to four dumped walls. |

partying lol yeah the staff is not speaking good english I asked one of the hauskeeper for extra towels she told me to speak with reception becouse she dont understand So i asked her where is she from she told me that she is polish so i start talking to her in polish the first thing what she told me was how much she getting paid for cleaning room !!!!!!! Am I bothered ???? I paid enought money to stay in this hotel The rest staff was brilliant good service but i would expect more for 3 star hotel but i think Brighton is overrated |
