Breakfast was excellent! The room was tastefully decorated and the bathroom had both shower and bath. Air-conditioning was quite poor regarding the on-going heatwave, but that probably is not a frequent problem in Bristol.. |

Clean and nice room as described and great for the city centre For the price of the room there should have been more facilities breakfast was very small and not that nice and very expensive view from room was of bins full of rubbish and a dirty car park |

Great water-front/Old City location with lots of activity and good restaurants nearby. Room was absolutely fine for a short stay but missed some of the tricks that could have turned "fine" into "excellent" Poor sound-proofing between bedrooms and hard floors in the rooms meant that late-night revellers returning to nearby rooms disturbed our sleep |

Very good location, beautiful room, comfortable bed, nice details (dressing gum, body lotion, little television in the bath etc) and the best breakfast ever only £5 per person if you book it with the room!! Television in the bath not working. |

It's proximity to my Bristol office I stay at your hotel nearly every week for one night and your staffing needs sorting out. The front desk and bar are always understaffed. The waiting times are both unacceptable, last week it took over 25 mins to check in. The restaurant staff are curt to the point of rudeness. Why do I stay there?, I ask myself that question every time |

It was a business trip Yes, the receptionist was atrocious he booked us all in under the same name of 'Gillian' followed by the name of each person in each room. He was very rude and took ages to book us in because of his own incompetence. This spoiled our stay at the hotel. |

The hotel catered well for special diets and the bathroom had a bath. Having to preauthorise £30 for extras raised a suspicion that extra charges would be added inappropriately, though this did not actually happen. |

excellent location; nice, big, clean room and a proper bathroom; view outside of the window is very nice (if you upgrade) Breakfast not very well organised and not the greatest for hot food, especially vegetarian. Breakfast staff not very friendly. |
