Nutzung des w-lan ist aufpreispflichtig, keine WC-Bürste, Verfliesung der Dusch-Koje zu erneuern, sehr geringer Wasserdruck in der Dusche, zu wenige Stecker-Adapter zum Ausborgen bei der Rezeption,

Die Rezeption war zwar sehr bemüht, aber überfordert. Einer der beiden Aufzüge funktionierte über 3 Tage hinweg nicht. Service beim Frühstück zwar freundlich, aber teilweise sehr langsam (insbesondere bei fast leerem Frühstücksraum). Beleuchtung im Badezimmer sehr trübe! Preis/Leistung stimmten nicht ganz. Das Hotel verfügt über keine Parkplätze - das nächstgelegene Parkhaus schlägt mit 25 Pfund zu Buche!

Excellent value, nicely laid out/designed bedrooms (superior rooms), loved the separate shower/bath and tv screen in bathroom, well equipped including bathrobes.

Excellent location.

Hotel has modern feel with rooms that are nicely furnished. We found the location ideal with the city centre in one direction and the new shopping centre in the other and not too far from Temple Meads railway station. With the location being on a no through road next to the floating harbour it is (we imagine) quieter than most other hotels that we saw and we had a good nights sleep both days. The breakfasts are very wholesome and cooked to order and the set menu 3 course dinner for £18 was very good value for money.

The only parking we found was in the ncp car park to the rear but that was very expensive at £19/day.............. I think if we were to go again we'd take the train and get a taxi.

Great location, lovely hotel and ideal for a short city break or business trip. We requested a room with a view over the river and the staff went out of their way to provide us with one, which was very kind and not expected.

I chose this hotel as the location was good and the photos looked okay. The bedroom design was nice.the room was quiet and comfy.

Overall it was just a little grubby. There was little bits of food on the floor in front of the check in-desk(the base is slightly narrower than the desk so there was a little hiding place there for it to rest) now that could have recently happened so I can accept that.but the lift floor was also grubby with little bits of papers and dirt etc. the bedroom design was nice with a curved wall behind the bed but the bathroom sink was rather old fashioned.

The staff was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Receptionist was extreemly helpful and you felt welcomed by everyone you met. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very clean but when I went into the bathroom, the basin area was still splattered with old soap marks. Everything else was excellent.

Location perfect for city break, lovely view over the river. Very clean hotel, both room & bathroom were spotless. Reception staff were very polite, professional and helpful. Would definitely stay again & would recommend hotel to others.
