As it was a good location we did not need to use the car, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Hotel was modern and well decorated. Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very polite.
location was great
Rooms dated Bar small Staff average
Location, facilities good
Paid for privelige room, not worth the money. leaking shower, room not cleaned properly, paid extra for river view - can't see the river for the trees and we were on the 5th floor
Spacious rooms and bathrooms - fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower and bath. Located next to the river and a few minutes walk to the city center. Some rooms have views over the river. The staff was friendly and really helpful - they provided good advice on places to visit.
This is a modern hotel right on the river. Nice view from the balcony rooms on the first floor. The surrounding areas are full of bars and restaurants and also close to the indoor market. The water taxi has a stop just outside the hotel. It's worth paying a bit extra for the privilege rooms
The staff were absolutely wonderful, they were friendly, cheerful and helpful. The location is excellent and the rooms was lovely and comfortable.
the tv in the bathroom the single bed although am not a fan of single bed. everything was explained to me on arrival friendly staff clean enterance nice lounge area shower and a bathroom beautiful area a the front safe ironing board etc
the back at the hotel was abit scruffy works happening i suppose.
Location was excellent
Room looked over old building and car park
Great location for bars and resturants. Good quality hotel on the riverside.
Location, staff, food
wifi connection poor
Beds were comfy, location was perfect, staff were friendly - all good!
I felt it was slightly pricey
Location was ideal. Room was comfortable and quiet with a river view.
It was close to where I had to go.
Lugging suitcase up flight of steps.
very clean breakfast was good plenty to choose from good location next to river not far from pubs and restaraunts
the room was small the view of the river is blocked by all the trees outsde your window ok not the hotels fault
location, breakfast, room
no onsite parking
Broken air con
staff and food was very good
Location and view
Room size especially for a upgrade was tiny!
The overall experience and friendly staff .minor hiccup with the safe that was quickly resolved .partner loved the fact of having shower and a bath separate .very good bathroom .quiet room .
Bed could be rotated as I think there was a very slight bump (maybe due to a lot of single persons using the double room ).but still had a good nights sleep.
Hotel rooms were refreshingly designed, the different layout to the rooms were nice & best layout bathroom out of all the leading hotel chains.
Dissapointed that we paid extra for the River view room - you could not see anything due to the size and density of the trees outside.... and we were on the 5th floor!
The location was super and very helpful staff
Some of my party had their room upgraded at no extra cost. I didn't
The staff were friendly and the location is ideal if you want to be bear the bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean and th facilities were good.
The location of our room was on the near side of the hotel, the view was poor as it was of a car park and some scaffolding but this did not bother us as we were out for the majority of our time there. However at around 6am construction workers arrived and I was awake from that point on. It was loud and completely disrupting. I felt at this point there was no point in complaining as 6am is hardly the time to be moving rooms, I would not have gone back to sleep by then. I felt that the staff should have made us aware that building work was happening outside our room as not only did I wake up at 6am.....something I had had no intention of doing...but after coming out of the shower and opening the window I was greeted by a builder looking straight up at me. Again if I had been made aware of this on arrival I would have asked to be moved to a different room. Additionally for a romantic night away, which was the purpose of our travel it was thoroughly disappointing!!!!
The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had a bath and shower, again very spacious. Good location. Extremely good value for money.
Nothing- everything was perfect.
