Excellent location right in the centre of Bristol and only ten minutes walk from Bristol Temple Meads railway station. Nice modern hotel, excellent for business or (like us) a weekend break. |

Perfect room overlooking the quay. Absolutely fabulous position. Yes. There was no hot water for bath or shower. The hotel staff suggested that I visited the health club 100 yards up the road to take a shower... fat chance. |

The unusual room configuration made a pleasant change from the usual boring rooms. We liked the hotel position being able to walk everywhere. The room was uncomfortably hot. |

Location. Friendly & courteous staff. Room quality excellent. Did not appreciate the difference between room rates and location, as we had a rear facing room. We were given option to change by reception but declined as we had already settled in and were only staying for the single night. Sound proofing of rooms could be improved..wooden floors and loud closing doors not helpful for a undisturbed nights sleep. Burglar alarm of an adjacent building at 2 in the morning was just bad luck. Suggest ear-plugs as a useful addition to toothbrush. |

the price of the room was a special rate of £89 , and this was good value for money . being in the middle of the city centre it was alittle noisy from outside but not to the point of being upsetting.i would stay there again as it is right in the middle of the great bars etc, room was clean but £5.50 per hour for internet is alittle steep ! |

Good location and overall a decent place to stay. The fittings and fittings are firmly in the budget zone, but few will notice. |

This hotel is ideally located for the Bristol Hippodrome 5 minutes walk away. It is located overlooking the river with a car park directly behind the hotel. The cost of car park is £10.40 from Sat noon till 5pm Sunday. About 10-15 minute walk from the centre. |

The rooms were to a high standard with a modern touch. Breakfast service was slow and a reminder was required for the tea & coffee |

Very stylish room with river views and balcony. Reasonably priced excellent food in restaurant. Great location for the shops. Expensive city centre parking. Can be a noisy area on a Saturday night. |

Very convenient for central Bristol being by the river and close to Temple Meads station, all the staff very helpful. Our third visit and would always return again. One small thing, how frustrating no teletext on the TV so I was unable to get the sports results. |

Breakfast in bed, wide selection. Bedroom floor was unfinished laminated, bed was noisy, squeaky (not ideal for romance). Plasma screen in bathroom was small (expected a larger one). Tea for breakfast was tasteless and watery (girlfriend had to make another tea from the room kettle). Windows were quite dirty. Quite noisy. Floorboards squeaked. |
