The modern imaginitive decor, its position and quietness though it is very central.Good rates too. Staff very nice. Would stay again.

Location is great. The breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. Room was comfortable and (when I found it) there is a TV screen in the bathroom!

Given the location on the river, it was a bit galling to have a backroom with a view of other hotels and offices.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location

Noise insulation is on very poor level, we could hear everything (even the light switches). We stayed over long weekend, so didn't sleep well due to lot if parties outside.

The only thing we liked about the suite was bathroom.

Where do I start? The receptionist (young lady) had attitude. The hotel hasn't got a car park. So, we had to park in public car park (had to drag&carry luggage), and paid extra £21. When you call reception, they don't pick up the phone... And they don't call you back (which is a courtesy). Breakfast not included in £135 you pay for the room. You've got to pay £10 per person for breakfast... Overall worth the money? Not a single penny.

Room presentation facilities and river view were excellent.

Failure of the whole breakfast process in that the food looked good but the warm selection was not warm! Our meal was taken away and replaced directly from the kitchen. We were offered a free breakfast next day but the whole experience put us off. Strangely the hotel offered but were unable to process a refund of the breakfast.

A member of staff failed to give us correct information that cost us losing a business deal and money.

Clean and comfortable with nice view of the river. The staff were professional and pleasant. Breakfast was very nice. The location is good because nothing is very far away.

I had paid for a more expensive room because it was mentioned on Booking.com, that you would get a larger bed (180-210cm contrary to 150- 180cm). To my surprise the staff told me when I brought this to their attention that they only have one size beds. When I showed them what it said on booking.com they just said that booking.com must have made it up. I asked a refund for the difference, as it was the only reason I opted for the slightly more expensive room (as we have a 6 months old daughter who is sleeping with us in the bed, we wanted a larger bed). They told me that was not possible as I had been charged by booking.com. The attitude of the receptionist - who I realised was also the acting manager during that shift - was very disappointing and reflected badly on the hotel experience as a whole. They took no responsibility for the misleading information advertised on booking.com.

efficient staff and very comfortable

The room had a brilliant view, with a small balcony which was a nice touch. The staff were very helpful when i asked for a late checkout. The hotel room was brilliant and both me and my partner had a very comfortable stay.

The sound on the TV in the bathroom didn't work.

Forget getting any sleep on a Saturday night, the rooms next to us were in full party mode!

The location of the room was 5 minutes walk from anywhere we'd want to eat or drink.

Loose floor/cement under the rug in the bedroom. Rooms got very hot at night with the air conditioning not helping. Meaning we had to keep the window open.

The location was excellent, the room was nice and staff were friendly.

Bulb was out out in bathroom (above mirror). No sound on tv in bathroom. Shower was blocked and didn't drain properly (staff remedied this problem when brought to their attention). No cable available to connect mp3 player to tv even though it was widely advertised.
