The owners are a very warm thoughtful couple and everything provided in the apartment is of good quality . The apartment is spacious well laid out and feels like home . Would recommend it to anybody and if I ever go there again, will definitely love to stay there .

Graham was extremely friendly, accomodating and helpful. Very spacious and around 15min walk into main town. Would definately stay again and recommend. Decor little dated but kept in good condition so isn't at all bad especially for very reasonable price. Thank you :D

More than anything, the hosts. The most helpful and friendliest I have ever met. Even if the appartment had been less than perfect (which it wasn't) it wouldn't have mattered because Graham & Janett are just so nice ! Very clean shower ! Spacious, good location, great value for money and well equiped.

Electricity meter a bit annoying, lack of heating in the kitchen - probably not a problem during spring/summer months but quite unpleasant in Winter

Location was perfect which is a shame as the apartments were very poor

Very cold apartments.operated by a coin meter which in 5 days I put 20 pounds in had a cold shave every day as the emergence heater was too expensive to put on.internet connection was very week.the so called apartments need a complete overall.won't be staying here again

Hospitality great

This apartment is spacious and very comfortable.The kitchen is good and useful. And the location is really nice just a few minutes walk from the rail station.

We should pay extra fee for the electric which is really uncomfortable.And the water is not steady hot during the shower which course my friend get a cold.

Brisco Lodge was simple but well equipt and clean. Little things like washing up liquid and tourist info leaflets were provided. The extra heating/ electricity for wall plugs was run by a coin slot meter but this only cost us £4 for the stay and I would say we used quite a lot. The location was central but quiet and the owners very helpful and friendly. They also allowed us to take our pet rabbit.

For the price range and location there is nothing negative to comment on. We would definately return.

A very well situation location. The flat is well equipped and within Windermer town center walking. Also if you have a dog then dog walks all around the location. Would recommend this place to anyone. 2 good sized bedrooms and very warm. Lounge / Dining area also good and cozy.

Situated off the main road so no traffic noise, was a nicely furnished to be practical. The owners were nice folks who settled us in properly and allowed us to ask all the questions we had. On arrival they did not ask for the payment which was nice as we were tired and we paid in our time.

The TV was too small in the upper flat, and perhaps a couple of small stools could be added.

Very comfy for a family of four. Spotlessly clean. Right by the centre of Windermere in a quiet side street. Easy/free parking. Very friendly and helpful owner who recommended us some great walks which were the highlight of our trip.

The owners were so nice, welcoming, warm and ithey nearly felt like family. The premises are very well kept and very comfortable.

The unit was big enough to provide comfortable accommodation for our family of four, especially as the weather was wet for most of our stay. The owner is a helpful and knowledgeable person, who was apply to loan us maps etc, for walking and exploring the area.

The mattresses on the kids' beds were a bit spartan, as my son felt te pressure of springs on his back. Replacements with quality mattresses would be great.

Great value for money, good size 2 bed cottage and renovated to a good standard. Not 5 star luxury however this is one of the best value for money places we have stated and great with a 12 month old baby. Would definitely return. Very friendly owners also

The electricity meter is a little Annoying however and would have preferred to pay an extra pound per night to cover this.

The absolute friendliness of Graham and the simple fact that even though I told him I would reach there at a specific time, and missed that by miles (!!!) because of unexcpected (or rather my lack of experience about M6 traffic) traffic delays he had it completely covered so much so that he had the entire apartment ready and heated to ensure that we when we walk in it was all set. Secondly, the ease of checking in and checking out was so very smooth - absolutely commendable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and I myself will only go there if I ever return to the Lake district. I have been to the Lake district earlier and stayed in another property. So I do have a comparison when I make this very positive comment about Briscoe Lodge.

공간이 넓고 여러가지로 편리했습니다. 윈더미어에 걸어가기도 알맞은 곳에 위치해 있어서 좋았습니다

전기 코드사용시 코인을 넣어야 하는 것이 전기를 아껴쓰는데는 좋았지만 약간 신경쓰였음

Une machine à laver le linge serait un plus ainsi qu'une porte à la cuisine et un velux évitant ainsi la propagation des odeurs de cuisine dans l'appartement.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, excellent niveau d'accueil, espace grand pour famille de quatre plus cuisine de bonne taille et moderne. Le chauffage d'appoint et eau chaude payants étaient d'un très faible coût: 3 nuits = 3 livres. Très bien situé, à 10 minutes du centre de Windermere et à 15minutes du lac / port. Petite ville de taille humaine avec tous les magasins nécessaires et très bien situé pour visiter le Lake District soit en voiture / bus ou ferry.

Etant au rez de chausse, les voisins de dessus se sont fait entendre la journeé, mais le calme est revenu le soir - en effet le règlement le demande. Pas de jardin / terrasse. Rajouter un sèche cheveux (averses!! )

Ottimo per posizione tranquilla ma centrale, spazi interni, comfort, arredamento funzionale, accessori. Proprietari molto gentili.

Un po' strano il sistema di riscaldamento, in parte centralizzato in parte a gettoni... Comunque facilmente gestibile una volta capito!
