room size and location

Bed was so hard i could not sleep (room 733) Cracked tiles in bathroom and broken toilet seat. Shower head slightly blocked. Got stuck in glass lift. A shame as rooms and location/ price were good

Passes to use lift, and also the stairs... Annoying if you get stuck!

Very good equipment in the room( big tv, ihome, ....). Very clean.

I loved the Superior room, lovely & fresh with lots of room. Also loved the Banksy artwork around the hotel! x

Your reception staff were really not friendly. A lady in particular, young, brown hair and not from the UK was very unhappy in genral, no smile, not friendly, not nice really!! Loved the Bristol hotel apart from her. Not the best front face of your buisness.

The lift ALWAYS stops at level 2 (reception). Annoying.

Having to pay for car parking although the reduced rate was appreciated as was the level of security provided by NCP.

Lovely clean and modern interior. Good central location. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Great modern bathroom with large rain shower.

Having to pay for parking. £10 per day although that was a discount on the full ncp price.

It was very comfortable, friendly, conveniently located for our purposes and the decoration and cleanliness were super! Really enjoyed the stay and the bar areas. Ace selection for breakfast

Good customer service i had an accident in the bar ! A chair broke and collapsed while i was sitting on it. Very bad i am not a big person the chair was faulty but staff were mostly helpful andvery sorry but no comp room !

The room was very stylish, modern and clear. Loved the power shower and the whole bathroom. Inpecably clean. Staff very friendly.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was central and easy access to shops and transport. Able to park the car on the premises.

Position for convenience for my office.

I had to pay for an upgrade to have a room with a bath. I was told their standard rooms do not have baths even at a very expensive rate. The manager on reception could see I was unhappy but would not permit an upgrade without paying An extra five pounds. On top if an already expensive rare by comparison to nearby hotels, this was disappointing - other hotel chains would have kept their guests happy abd upgraded at no extra cost. Being a local business we often use the conference facilities. I will not be recommending our business partners to use the accommodation - it is very expensive and inflexible in accommodating guests wishes.

Looks bad from the outside but inside is very modern and done up.

One of the young staff was not friendly at the reception.

The staff were extremely helpful from the moment I booked and up untill I checked out.. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend this hotel and re stay ourselves.. The location was amazing and the hotel was very modern..

Room service great! TVs set up with comp cable access. Brought our own hard drive!

Only a few quid for an upgrade! Should probably let you know this on check in.
