No thing!!!

Was not allowed in to restaraunt because a tour got precedence directed to a large function room no one else there so I went to bar to eat. The staff did not seem to be bothered they said the kitchen was closed I told them it was still open and serving food upstairs they then told me there was no potatoes or chips when I ordered my steak they demanded to be payed up front I complained but was told this was policy I find this policy unaceptable and should be reviewed immeadiatly when the steak arrived with no potatoes or chips it was stringy and diffcult to chew over all I felt unfulfilled.

The evening food offer was very poor

Hevely overprised for the oil show £300 / night. Rundown noisey hotel. Breakfast not eatable ! Walked out without eating.

Shower was cold, room needed refurbishment, not ideal for single female traveller

Decor in rooms a bit tired. Needs upgrading we were in room 21

food and facilities, claimed in their advert about free gym facilities which where not when I arrived a lot of information on the hotel information leaflets was out of date and incorrect. Food was of a poor standard.

The breakfast was ok. The staff were courteous and helpful..

When I removed the sheets to inspect my bed there was evidence of bedbugs having been alive at some point in the past. The only mites I saw were dead but it did not make for a comfortable, relaxing nightsrest.

Not a lot

We arived fairly late in the evening after a very long drive, initially there was no body in reception although they did appear after a while, our rooms were as requested close togetherthe main twin room however had 3 beds in it, but we were too tired to change over. The room itself although the bedding was clean, except for hairs on one pillow, the rooms decor was very "tired" and old fashioned, probably the same furniture as when I last stayed there in the mid 70's. The bathroom again fairly clean but dated and needed cleaning in the places where a mop does not reach. Breakfast, probably the worst full breakfast I have experienced in a long time, bacon salty and greasy, sausages tasted like saw dust, black pudding hard and gritty. No marmalade, little cereal choice. Staff not being caring or friendly at all, all too much trouble. We will not use Brittania Hotels again. Rating - Very Poor

good location for airport

Staff were not very helpful and gave poor information. The hotel had smoking rooms and the smell was throughout every floor.
