The hotel offers a courtesy bus to the airports and heliports which is really useful for getting around. They also have tea and coffee facilities in the room which is a major sell for me as some of the other premium hotels do not! The front desk staff were slow and disorganised. When I went in there was only one person serving and a queue of about 6 people - all in all it took half an hour to get booked in. |

the price the room and bedding was not very clean. It took half an hour to find a receptionist to check in but the main complaint was when we came back from our night out at 1 am our friends had been locked out of their room! After waiting ages to speak to a receptionist we were told that this was because it has not been paid for. |

I liked that was close to my company The restaurant is awful, don’t recommend to take diner there, the room was cold, TV poor, had a remote control with a duck tape not to loose the batteries. |

quiet, no noise from other residents. A fully functional lift. the standard of cleanliness was poor. Cobwebs on walls, black marks on bed linen, tiles in bathroom were unclean. |

The size of the room - it was huge! The curtains had black out and the beds were very comfortable so we had a great sleep. Also having a bath and gym were fabulous. Nothing. The room needed a bit of paint but other than that there was nothing we noticed. |

The room service was excellent. even though I told them the wrong room number - it still arrived and on time !! The food we had in the evening (bar food) was superb, and the free minibus service to the airport on our last day was most unexpected but we were very grateful - saved us a taxi !! A bit out of the way - but more than cpmpensated by the service |

large spacious room with nice decor. Breakfast deal for £5.00 was fantastic value for money. Staff were friendly and efficient at all times No views to speak of. Room was cold. Could hear planes taking off from local airport from 6.00am onwards |

Reasonable proximity to airport but it is still over 5 miles away and directions are poor. Scruffy, very dated hotel. Rooms 1960's decor - bed was probably bought then as well. Bathroom fittings cracked. Majority of guests offshore workers and tradesmen - car park full of Transit vans! Noisy all night. I did not realise there was a Travelinn half a mile before this hotel which would have been cheaper, more comfortable and more enjoyable.- |

Everything was fine Yes the hotel was ver overbooked and we were the last people to get a room - so people arriving after us were sent elsewhere. Had this happened to us I would have been late for an evening meeting |
