I didn't like anything. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Beyond tired, this hotel is dead. The leisure facilities are unclean, the noise from other guests in adjoining rooms is unbearable, you can hear your neighbour sneeze. Food is bad. The reception staff are cold and unhelpful. I hated my stay here, will never stay again.

Hotel staff, very rude on arrival. Waited at reception whilst he was paying more attention to his mobile phone even after acknowledging the fact that I was there. Very unprofessional.

The European staff members were excellent: friendly, helpful and flexible One of the walls in the room (201) could do with a fresh coat of paint, it was dirty. The European staff, the price and the position of the hotel. I like the size of the room.

Avoid like plague. Worst sort of 70's decor/style that was grubby and very scruffy. Staff mainly foreign, young and badly trained. "Restaurant" more like a transport cafe (which is unfair to transport cafes). Choice of just 4 items on menu, and badly cooked. When asked what wine was available was told "red or white". And that was it: two very unpleasant cheapest possible wines that I'd never heard of. Paid over £100 for this. Go to a b&b instead if you have to stay around here. Probably worst hotel I've ever been in (for the money) in over 40 years.

Only its vicinity to the venue of the business event I was attending 1. Stuff unfriendly 2. Over rated price against provided rate 3. Most of the facilities are in poor condition 4. It was 3 stars hotel but with fair evaluation will pass for a one star only

The room decor is appalling. The standard is very poor. The restaurant is below average. Someone tried twice to gain access to my room. The price paid for this well below average hotel was far too high.

We were flying early next morning so the location and standard for the one night was excellent. Also the fact that we could leave our car for the two weeks was so handy. Good value for money. Could do with a bit of a facelift in places.

Size of room was excellent especially considering the price. It said there would be room service 24/7 but I phoned up and was told there was no service for the rest of the night.

Did not live up to its advertisements, hidden charges ie pay to use facilities despite these being advertised as being free to residents. Staff rude at times and room service which is also advertised as being 24/7 not available during certain times.

The food was good but the service was slow Smell of cigarette smoke. The entrance to the car park had a lump of concrete which was difficult to drive over with my van. The window in my room had dust in the runners.
