Was the coldest welcome I've received from a hotel in recent memory. Staff didn't say hello or greet me in anyway (not even a smile). On my booking I had asked for the invoice to be made out to my employer (as I'm claiming it as an expense) - this was clearly an unwelcome task for the receptionist as she asked me why I wanted this. I was the only one checking in, so she wasn't even time pressured with a queue. . . |

the interior pub was full of friendly folk. your reception staffs were poor unfriendly plus they dont explain things correctly at the beggining about red and green stickers which happened to a lot of disgruntled people. |

Good location for Aberdeen Airport. Generous servings at dinner. Unfreindly staff. A smile would be nice! Did not make me feel welcolme at all. I work in the leisure industry and the leisure club at this hotel was nothing short of a disgrace. Everything in the pool area was dirty, rusty, cold or broken. |

Reasonably quiet room - had a good sleep. Had my name incorrect at check-in, reception staff would not give me a room after all day travelling. Had my christian name as my surname - problems sorted in the end. |

The installations of the hotel are very good. The personal of the hotel are stupid in general. The price of the breakfast is very expensive, and the matress is horrible. |

The price was right and we needed a hotel close to the airport for one night. The airport hotels were far too expensive. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming and the room was clean and had all we required for the night. The service at the hotel restaurant was very slow - only one person on duty. The food was all right but not very interesting. The bathroom in the room needed some updating. |

I thought it was good for the price. The staff were very good and were friendly. Just a few things that were attention to detail: curtains were different lengths, and the room looked like it was made for two beds but one had been removed - no problem, but looked a bit makeshift. |

the staff are always very friendly and helpfull, i have stayed at this hotel 2,3 times a month for 2 years and the staff has hardly changed , so that must say something. the bathroom ,showers, are all outdated and needing total renovations, and the tv is just something else.i know that aberdeen has vast conferences but the variation of prices is massive, 1 night i ,as an ordinary person ,not a company, would pay £250 the next night £49.50 its just not right, and thats the nights i go to another hotel. |
