Onkundig personeel, oud meubilair, vieze badkamer, toiletpot zat nog onder de urineresten aan de buitenkant. Douche gaf nauwelijks water. Ontbijt was, op toast met boter en jam na, niet om aan te zien.

I didn't like it. I paid £10 a day for breakfast that was non refundable and i had it the first day an never ha it again due to it being very bad. The bed was old and room was old with stains on the walls and a shower that didn't work. I only had food in there three nights and I put all three meals back. (Which staff maid me pay for). Then gave the food to a drunk local after clearing it from my table. Staff were telling us the food was bad and also the locals. We as group of 8 plus a large number of people that were there on tours had our food els where. The place is a rip of for the money. Premier Inn is a much better value for money. Please be aware that if you like faulty towers, this is the place to stay. If your want value for money get a B&B or somewhere outwith this hotel. I won't be going back to the Britania, it's a shame as I have stayed there for a over a number of years on personal and business trips. I gave up my key early on a non refundable basis and moved to a guest house to try and enjoy a little bit of my trip. Mackenzies Guest house is just down the road. Great little place.

The room decor is appalling. The standard is very poor. The restaurant is below average. Someone tried twice to gain access to my room. The price paid for this well below average hotel was far too high.

Clean warm comfortable. Friendly and efficient staff. Great shower and really comfortable bed.

The outside needs tidying up, looks a wee bit scruffy. Change the net curtains they look grubby

We were flying early next morning so the location and standard for the one night was excellent. Also the fact that we could leave our car for the two weeks was so handy. Good value for money.

Could do with a bit of a facelift in places.

Dinner menu poor food selected not available.Only one bottle of red wine available.Staff unhelpful.No draft guinness available in pub bar,out of date crisps being sold.Taxi not booked as requested at reception.Sink blocked in bathroom.The list goes on........!

Did not live up to its advertisements, hidden charges ie pay to use facilities despite these being advertised as being free to residents. Staff rude at times and room service which is also advertised as being 24/7 not available during certain times.

Nothing - Very poor atmosphere and moral.
