the smoking room option and parking facility the windows were damp, the bed spring was broken and made it uncomfortable to sleep on, the toilet smelt of urine, the corridors were dull and smelt, the staff would enter the room without knocking even though there was a do not disturb sign on, lifts were out dated and no internet wifi. |

The breakfast was very good and the staff professional. For the airport, the location was very convenient, especially with the courtesy bus. The decor needs upgrading, eg bedroom carpet, and the lifts didn't work very well. |

Extremely close to the venue of the event we were planning to attend. Nice comfertable clean rooms. Staff friendly. Very quickly ran out of cold water. A couple I travelled with who were sharing another double room only had enough water for one of them to shower. Another in my group repeatedly found it very hard to get hold of an iron. |

Close to airport with shuttle bus for easy transfer. Bar/Restaurant OK. Rooms fine and free wireless Internet was available. Airport shuttle provided by hotel is £4 each way and stops at their other hotel so the trip takes at least 40 minutes for only a few miles of total distance. There is only one shuttle per hour - so times can be inconvenient. Better to take a taxi. |

within fairly good distance from manchester Airport and a very good price. On arrival there didnt seem to be much organisation at the reception desk and I stood waiting for at least ten minutes before being booked in - it wasnt a very good first impression - but I was only staying for one night so it wasnt too much of an issue in the scale of my stay. Also there was only one lift working which wasnt good and there was a huge queue again to get to my hotel room. some areas were a little tatty also around the lift area. |

It was close to the tram station Plenty- hotel staff was rude, from beginning til end of my stay, their breakfast was unacceptable, one of myfriends fell down the stairs and was injured, noone came to check or help. The taps in bath kept falling off& there was no hot water for a shower. Bed linnen was stained. |

Price per night was really cheap. It's 5miles from Old Trafford. I had quite and piece during night. Room was big enough. Dirty windows, dirty bathroom, light in bathroom broken. It was looked like this room was empty few days and noone look inside. Broadband was not working at all. Small tv with 4 channels. During a night was cold in room. Heating was not working properly. |

The hotel is excellent for a short stay and the offers for leaving the car while you fly out for foreign holidays are also excellent The ladies toilet in the reception area is a disgrace, It was not up to an acceptable standard for a large hotel group. It was just the same last year in September, so obviously no money has been spent on renovations! also the bathroom sink had black mold growing under the lip, but apart from that the facilities are excellent. |

This is a good location as we used this hotel before setting off on our holiday to Kos as we had an early morning flight. It is only 5 minutes in a taxi to Manchester airport. We had our evening meal there, which was wonderful and the best steak I've eaten in a long time. The rooms are spacious and tea and coffee facilities available in each room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were polite and pleasant during our stay and nothing was too much trouble, even ordering our early morning taxi to our early morning call. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were there 24 hours. I would highly recommend this hotel to any business or traveller for a short or long stay. |
