The things which have gone wrong on past stays, ie no hot water, leaking radiator, toe nails on carpet, all complained about but nobody has taken on board my complaints even though I had assurance it would be investigated.

Location was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant food and could were poor as was the Internet service.

Terrible car parking. Dowdy worn out decor and furnishings. Our bathroom (bath) drain smelled very badly.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly upon registration.

Hotel was a little older, but still very comfy

Near bus stop. Comfortable.car parking available.

Toaster very old and inefficient. Carpet at front door dangerous with hole in it. It would be a really good hotel if updated a bit.

Lobby/bar area very dirty. We were told restaurant open until 22:00 but closed when we arrived before then.

Great quality for money! Very impressed. We didnt stay long (arrived off the plane at 11pm and left at 10am the next morning) but everything was great and the transfers to the airport were fab too!

This is a tired hotel desperatly in need of refurbishment.

The reception was very good.We were able to check in earlier before our 2pm time.

The breakfast we got at 930am wasnt good..chips and sausages were just too hard to chew.

It's very close to the airport and it's quite and very clean. The staff are also friendly and dutiful. The free wireless interent wa also a good thing.

The single room I was accomodated @ 78 gbp for two night was very small and the haeter wasnt working, or unless I didnt know how to use it. I wish the cost of airport shutle pick up and drop off be included in the rate. The hotel could also help guests with foreign currencies such as USD with exchange as I had difficulties exchanging USD in the local banks/post office since the Banks need one to have an account with them and the post office needed small bills, which I didnt have. This had forced me to travel back to the airport to change it at a very low rate with high commision.

It wasn't particularly clean, very old, not modernised at all. The corridors smelt and it was generally not a pleasant stay. I am glad it was a late check in for an early flight.

The state of the whole hotel is crappy state, dirty rooms and toilets, small rooms with broken windows, no shuttle transfer from the airport to hotel (only pre booked, but this can only be done at reception of hotel), even for the low price the offer the rooms, I didn't expect such room. I travel a lot and this was the worst hotel where I have been stayed. Value of hotel not even worth to pay 20 pounds.

Very far from manchester air port. No wifi in the room, you have to go down from 7th floor to connect to wifi.

It was located 10mins away from Old trafford Manchester united ground and 15mins away from the city center were all the clubs are located.

The service of getting a iron bored was not good it took about 2 hours to get one, we literally had to call the reception over 30 times.

Had two beds and felt fairly safe.

Car parking was quite bad and felt scary at times, bed had a spring that hurt my foot, quite noisy at night from guests, sirens on the motorway and corridor noise - also the radiator made some very loud noises while heating up at 4am. During dinner the staff didn't seem to understand a request for a beer and I had to get up to select it from the bar during meal. This meal also consisted of 3 small things with garlic bread to start with no desserts and a couple of drinks and totalled to over £40 - seemed a little high.

Fee WiFi service, easy to find and next to the MWay.

I was located on the first floor. Some kind of continuous noise from outside (maybe the A/C Unit) that kept me awake. Parking facility is really bad.

everything, it was filthy, the floors looked like they hadnt been hoovered for days, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, the mirrors were dirty, the duvets had holes in and were covered in hairs, the furniture was old and battered, we only stayed for 5 minutes because we felt ill being in the room, It completely ruined our weekend plans as we had no choice but to go home, would never book this hotel again
