“ Great quality for money! Very impressed. We didnt stay long (arrived off the plane at 11pm and left at 10am the next morning) but everything was great and the transfers to the airport were fab too! ”

ease of access to the airport. staff very nice and helpfyl dingy and desperately in need of an update/refurb. threadbare carpets in reception, ripped chairs in bar area.

I chose the hotel because it is very near to Manchester International Airport. Easy to book taxi as the hotel provide specific phone line to call the taxi company. Room clean and comfortable. The hotel need to upgrade the TV facility/programme in the room which is very outdated and the TV set in the room is already very old.

Nothing This hotel is a disgrace. We may have paid budget but that is no excuse for filthy smelly and worn carpet every where in the hotel in this day and age. The staff were indifferent to guests, not sure why they were in the job if they did not like people and want to treat them respectfully. Would not recommend to tourists, seems to be a business hotel, mainly men so maybe they don't notice.

The room was very clean, not very big but clean Staff was friendly Location is excellent if you are travelling (manchester airport is 5 minutes away) Great value for money it was just an overnight staying for me and didn't even needed the bar or the restaurant..so I couldn't really say what I did not like it

Didnt like anything about it at all the hotel was dirty, the rooms were in need of total redecoration, toilet blocked, mould on ceilings, in fact it was disgusting and i would not stay there ever again and got a refund

Staff was fair Shuttle bus needs to be marketed as pricey. The bus company did not pick up the airport phone so we ended up taking a cab which was less expensive. Faculty was run down; many stains on carpet; lamps did not work well and there was not a bedside lamp. I would not choose this facility again.

We were there for the airport and the car parking. The room was big and accommodated smokers. We had an excellent service to get to the airport-the parking was keenly priced. Service getting back from the airport.

Generally ok, once in the hotel The transfer from Airport to Hotel is long... In waiting time (had to wait 30mn outside airport terminal to finally see the taxi arranged for the transfer) And after flight, at 10:00pm, it's not pleasant when just want to sleep asap

resturant staff freindly and polite. the double room i had with my husband was awful!! chewing gum stuck next to a print on the wall... stains down the side of the divan and on the carpet, don,t know whether it was blood or vomit???? disgusting:( no plug in the sink so couldnt fill the sink to wash!!!! windows were so dirty they didnt need nets really :(

The place felt like a prison, starting with the car park and all of the security signs. Also someone was able to walk into my room unannounced. Staff weren't interested in solving the wi-fi issue. If it was £35 / night it would be ok - but not at £85.

Clean room, spacious, shuttle service to the airport Breakfast is supposed to start at 7:00, but that day they only started preparing at 7:00. In my opinion things should be up and running at 7:00 then.
