Unlike many airport hotels, Etrop Grange is a historically listed mansion house. There is free Wi-Fi throughout and a fine-dining restaurant with an AA Rosette.

Excellent location and very clean and tidy. Great value for money
Rooms were too hot and there was no way to turn the radiator down or off!! Had to keep, the window open which caused a draft. In dire need of new furniture and a lick of paint.
Beds were new so very comfortable Bathroom acceptable just
Mould and rust on windows, dirty carpet
I showed up early and was exhausted. Check in wasnt for 3 more hrs but they got me in a room right away. Very nice staff. Thank you!
Central near to local amenities.
First room was basic and smelt of cigarette smoke. I specifically asked for a nice room and request not considered at all.
The friendliness of the receptionist
Internal telephone system not working and the night porter did not give us an early morning call, although the receptionist told us that she would ask him to do so. Fortunately we awoke in time for the taxi booked by you for 4.45am
Close to Hale rail station
The room was dingy, the right hand bedside table had cup rings on the top dirty under glass and no toilet roll.
Being in the centre of everything
Not enough staff. In need of a renovation, and had very noisy people partying in next room til early morning and nothing was done about it
This hotel is in serious need of a makeover, especially the windows!! More condensation on the windows than lake Windermere!
Close to airport. Very good restaurants close by.
There was a mouse in the room, but it wasn't a problem although we would have asked for another room if we had been staying longer.
The WiFi sometimes go down
The TV was ancient, the room was in need of a good decorating, the noise of the boilers was right outside my window
Excellent receptionist and very clean
Being disabled and having to climb stairs to lift no disabled car parking outside hotel had to use local car park that you had to pay for
Value for money but spoiled by eventual taxi fares.
Dining room sparce, entrance hallway and staircases dismal. Hotel looked tired.
Cold dirty in need of modernisation very noisy
The location was the one positive about this hotel.
The hotel was old, dated, and shabby. The window and the surround was very dirty, covered in black mould, and clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. The parking was quite difficult and only available in a public car park.
Free wifi Staff
Room not very clean hotel needs some work
Parking right outside.
I had a very noisy room next to a generator with no wifi and they moved me to a better room with no quarrel.
Beds are very hard and cheap bedding, next to some sort of loading dock so noisy at times.
No heating. No hot water. No manager. Absolute terrible. No suggestions when speaking to the receptionist. Refused to give extra milk pots/cartons when asked at 5am due to being cold n only having coffee left. Never go again. We know we only paid £35 for the night prior to travelling to Bangkok but we do expect the basics of which we never got. Head office have got the complaint.
Good location, comfortable bed, decent shower. Has all the facilities required for a short stay
Bit of a hike up stairs to the lift if you are lugging a heavy suitcase
Right in the centre of the village, very close to restaurants and bars. Excellent price and helpful staff.
No free WiFi in rooms but not an issue as probably wouldn't use it anyway for one night stay. Decor a little outdated but comfortable nevertheless.
Room was clean and also well furnished for the price. Lots of up-market restaurants very close.
The lobby and corridors looked like an outdated, shabby budget hotel. No cheap restaurants very close
Room nice with comfortable bed Good location and easy to get to from Manchester airport Easy to check in - especially as I arrived after 11pm WIFI worked well in my bedroom
no problems during my stay
No WiFi dirty and worn window frames, leak and poor clean in bathroom, room scruffy needs decoration and cleaning needs refurbish will not book any Brittania hotel again.
