The hotel was not value for money, and when we got there, they had over booked us, becuase of this site, and there fore we were left with a broken room all together! |

In the Centre of Birmingham City Centre so ideal for shopping, walking to NIA where we were going to a concert, pub across the road for value meals and the cinema opposite hotel. The walls are very thin and could hear people next door. |

nothing the hotel was a disgrace, feel like reporting it to the health services! yes everything, rooms were not even cleaned, smell in the hotel, staff appalling, would not stay again! |

I thought the staff at the hotel were very friendly, and went out of their way to help in any way they could.... Thank You.... We got the use of another room to use as we were booked on a late flight home, which was ideal as we had our 8year old son with us.. Just that we left a photo in which we got taken of our son with santa and his cousin from london in the Pavillion behind ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I was able to access my room as soon as I arrived. Room was very comfortable and spacious and was ideal for what I wanted. The decor is very dated in parts and the lift is a little rickety. |

Very near the train station and buses to birmingham bristol road bus route 61, 62, 63. Very cozy and spacious for 2, eventho the heater was on, it was still chilly, toilet was fair, WiFi connection was week on the bed, but better sitting on the carpet. many Tv channels on News, would have liked more entertainment channels. Very Near BullRing shopping center, and just behind the Pallasades the door after the lift to the Rooms, it was noisy at night because we stayed right next to it. it was bangging and bangging everytime a person passes, and it was inconvienient if u have big bags. |

excellent location, everything on your doorstep, shops, bars, pubs everything is on walking distance, Staff is friendly. The hotel rooms are not really clean and that is personally 1 of the most important things. Rooms are not clean, even the top shelf in the carbet there were price tacks lying dated back from october 2009, Curtains had black things in them and had holls in them. The bath was not clean shining, the white went off and the shower matt was black instead of white proberbly because its to old. Bed matras was really thin that you have the feeling lying on wood, just need some new ones. |

It was absolutely filthy. It is a complete misrepresentation what is said about this hotel on your website. The hotel is obviously used for student accommodation and for builders working weeks in the area. I felt unsafe. The bathrooms were filthy with hair left in the bath, the balcony was full of rubbish, there were cigarette butts on the carpet in a non-smoking area. The list could go on. |

Convenience. Pleasant staff. Easy check in. VFM. There was no remote control for my TV. I cpntacted reception at c. 10.00pm and I was assured that someone would bring one. It never appeared. The receptionist apoloogised the next morning when I raised it -- "probably because of the change of shift". |

I thought that the rooms were good value for money, and on the whole were clean. The hotel staff were helpful. My booking for a twin room and a single room had been changed without notice by the management to three single rooms - this didn't actually bother me (it was technically better value) but some people may have found this annoying. Also there was a large stain on the TV set. |

Very central and value for money. OK for just a nights stay. Room not well cleaned and foul odour in hotel hallways. Clear dirt visible on handles, doors and switches. Lack of lighting in room. Elevator floor in bad condition. |

Conveniently located Bathrooms are severely in need of refurbishment as grouting was grubby with filler in places and the dust and objects found under the bed suggest moving them to hoover would be beneficial. In addition to this, a number of light bulbs did not work, the TV made a noise when watching ITV and there was a draught through the windows. |

The central position was excellent for shopping and sightseeing. The bar was poorly stocked and although house spirits were advertised none were available. I asked if they were ever available and was told by the barman I would have to return to the hotel to find out! They lost our custom I'm afraid. |
