駅から近く安いため利用しました。2度目です。 インターネットが昨年より遅いです。泊まった部屋のバスルームですが、シャワーを使用すると、壁に水滴が伝- って床にたまってしまうので修繕が必要です。 |

オイルヒーターの使い方がよくわからず電話を架けるとすぐに部屋まで男性スタッフが来てくれました。感じの- 良い方でした。 チェックインの時間に部屋の用意ができておらず、30分以上待たされましたが、この時の女性スタッフの対応- が横柄で感じ悪かったです。バスタブには髪の毛が残っており、掃除は行き届いていませんでした。ワードロー- ブには靴とベルトの忘れ物もありました。 |

場所としては本当に町の中心で，交通の便については最上だと思います。夜遅くの到着でもちゃんと対応してく- れます。朝食はセルフサービスになりますが，おいしくいただけましたので，その点では文句ありません。 隣の部屋，廊下からの音は結構聞こえます。テレビとそのリモコンはあり，電源も入っていることは入っていま- したが，何かが壊れているようで使えませんでした。浴室の掃除はかなり大ざっぱなようで，以前の宿泊客の髪- の毛もありましたし，おせじにも清潔感が十分とはいえませんでした。朝食の際に，コーヒーあるいはティーは- セルフサービスではなく，給仕の方にお願いするのですが，朝食をとる方が多かったせいもあるかもしれません- が，対応が少し遅かったのが残念です。 |

古いなりのホテルですがロケーションは最高です チェックイン、チェックアウトに時間がかかりすぎです。ズラーって並んでいても人を増やすでもなく、みんな- 並んでいます。 |

I thought that the rooms were good value for money, and on the whole were clean. The hotel staff were helpful. My booking for a twin room and a single room had been changed without notice by the management to three single rooms - this didn't actually bother me (it was technically better value) but some people may have found this annoying. Also there was a large stain on the TV set. |

Conveniently located Bathrooms are severely in need of refurbishment as grouting was grubby with filler in places and the dust and objects found under the bed suggest moving them to hoover would be beneficial. In addition to this, a number of light bulbs did not work, the TV made a noise when watching ITV and there was a draught through the windows. |

The central position was excellent for shopping and sightseeing. The bar was poorly stocked and although house spirits were advertised none were available. I asked if they were ever available and was told by the barman I would have to return to the hotel to find out! They lost our custom I'm afraid. |

we had our evening meal in our room which was superb,very pleased there was a christmas party in the hotel the night we stayed,the music was found very loud & kept us awake until the early hours & we had an early start the following morning so didnt manage to get much sleep at all.we have stayed here before while a party was on but our room was at the front of the hotel & we didnt hear a thing on that occasion. |

That the hotel was very central and was charming in it's own way. Yes the main concern was the lack of sound proofing in the lower floors due to the ATM going off and the city cleaning vechicles drone and reverse sounds, etc. |

I liked the price and the location 'cause I wanted to stay in the city centre The hotel really need some modernisation, especially windows and balconies. The bathtub tap was too old and rusty, the water didn't mix well enough to have a decent shower. They should clean better all common spaces (hallways and stairs smelled badly) |
