The breakfast was very good, The tea and coffee in the room was very nice. There appear to be no porter, I had to carry my own loggage, there seems to be a shortage of staff at the check in desk, stop-cock on toilet was always getting stock. and some noisesy guests at 4am on 2 nights |

Being honest, there wasn't much I liked at the Hotel. Firstly when I was given the keys, I was given them to the wrong room, and I could tell as there were lots of belongings and clothes. Fortunately when I entered the room nobody was in there. I went to Reception and before providing me with the right set of keys, had to produce 2 forms of ID, despite being only 5 minutes after they had just seen me! In addition my room and one of the ones for my friends were very untidy, it was clear that they hadn't been cleaned. Very poor quality, especially considering the cost. I will not be coming back. |

It was good value for money. If you're looking for an ensuite room with breakfast and a parking space then I don't think you'll get much cheaper in Bournemouth. Beds were uncomfortable (hard, lumpy and old blankets). Walls were thin (heard man snoring in the next room all night, both nights we stayed). The fire alarm went off four or five times during the night. I would have appreciated being told that the water was going to be cut off rather than seeing a note by the lift 30 mins before they acutally cut the water off. |

I was able to come and go without many formalities from the town centre car park which is under cover The sign posting to room numbers and the stairs reminded me of finding a berth on a cross channel ferry! |

the location is good and the restaurant facilities too. The included breakfast was excellent with great variety. the room decoration is tired and the bed linen could be better. But good size and clean. |

Relative closeness to sea front and eay to find! Car parking easy to access and plenty of room though it might not be so easy in high season. |

it was close to the town centre and the beach and the car parking on site was very good. the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. the breakfast on offer was very good as buffett and have as much or as little as you like. the price was fair for the room. i would reccomend this to friends. the room was quite out dated and could do with refurbishing the room was quite spacious and the bathroom was ok but could do with redecorating. |

The room was scruffy with damp patches on wall, ceiling and furniture. The carpet was frayed and ran up the side of the fittings. The bathroom tiles had no grout or black grout, 80's style and been there since then. The stag parties kept us awake. We will never book another Britannia hotel. |

The hotel was chosen because it was centrally based for the activities that we had arranged over the Bank Holiday Weekend. In our opinion the Hotel didn't not match up to a 3-Star status. The Hotel is run down and grubby. We were also disappointed about the condition of the "superior room" which we were allocated. A letter to the General Manager at the Roundhouse is being sent with our comments. The standard of this Hotel was very disappointing. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and the booking process had been easy to complete. The inclusive breakfast was well presented and the seating area gave a good choice of seating and was open and light. Plenty of space in the accommodation. The location is very convenient to beach and a good selection of shops. There was a broken window in the room which had been covered with tape to repair. The toilet seat was broken and the extraction fan in the bathroom was intermittent. The general state of the room was in need of refurbishment. |
