We were very comfortable. An alternative to tea or coffee would have been nice e.g. drinking chocolate. It is available The street map supplied was only black and white and had been copied many times. The tourist office has a better map. |

The location could not be more central for the city. Some of my friends thought it too noisy. |

The location was near to most facilities. Rooms were nice size. The bar area was nice. The room was very dated and things within room broken (eg toilet roll holder). The breakfast was meant to be till 1030am, but staff clearly did not want anyone after 10am. |

The location was excellent, around the corner from the university. The room and bed was comfortable. The vacuum cleaning of the carpet was not done properly in the room. The receptionist could have been more helpful. The vacuum cleaning of the carpet was not done properly in the room. The receptionist could have been more helpful. The breakfast was not satisfactory: over 8 pounds for a continental breakfast where the bread was out, no yoghurt. |

The best thing about it was the location, and overall value for money. It was brilliant that we could connect to the internet from our room without any problems, too. That was a big plus. The lift, which was very slow. |

Ideal location for the University. A very pleasant outside terrace as an extension to the bar area. It was very run down and "tired". Wall paper was peeling off the walls. Windows were very dirty and couldn't be opened.Breakfast was second rate and expensive. |

The hotel is very convenient to Coventry University - its within walking distance, which was very convenient as we attended a taster day at the university. Its also near the cathedral, museums and shops if you like to while away the time. Not overly impressed with its surroundings. Food was nice too, and staff were friendly and helpful. The bath room sink was blocked! Room was cleaned but grotty! could do with a bit of refurbishment! especially in the bathroom! Also very noisy at night - busy location! |

the meal i purchased at the hotel bar was pleasant with friendly staff and a lively atmopshere the hotel was quiet old and delipated - breakfast time was chaotic with a 'fend for yourself' vibe - i coulnd't get a cup of tea- also there was no record of my booking at reception - however the friendly receptionist gave me a discount due to this |

Very good value for money when stopping overnight in the city. Close to city cntre No parking was available, although there was a car park about 2 minutes away(not the big one opposite pool) which charged only £1 for each 24 hours |

Good location, nice sized rooms & very clean. Friendly staff too. Not a bad place, just needs a lick of paint of knocking down. Good location, clean spacious rooms. Only down side was no door to the bathroom & old single glass windows caused an uncomfortable breeze in the shower. |

City centre location. Some staff were helpful. Reception staff were not friendly. Jacuzzi bath leaked and the plug was stuck in the drainage plug |
