i like having the convenience of the facilities there such as a kettle, hair dryer etc and especially your own toilet and bathroom. the shower was excellent! i didn't like how hot the room was, there was no way that we could have switched it off and didn't know how. the pillows weren't very comfortable. |

The hotel was very conveniently placed for our visit to the Cathedral and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast had a good range of alternatives and the dinner we had was very good. Although very good, the decor was looking a little tired. |

The hotel was good value, quiet, and comfortable. The shower curtain was mounted too close to the opposite shower wall, making it very narrow to have a comfortable shower. |

The front desk staff could be sometimes rude. The internet should be available on every floor. Checkout time should be reviewed |

The location was convenient for the city centre and all the transport links. We stayed on a Room Only basis and paid extra for breakfast on one morning. It was a buffet style and so absolutely awful it defies description. We complained and were refunded without any arguement so I assume they were used to it. Use one of the nearby cafes or bars where the food is freshly cooked and less than half the price. |

Shot distance to all amenties. walk distance to dowtown. Spacious room. good price Room service and cleaning. Reception staff need some training on customer satisfaction. It does not cost a penny to smile and show interest. |

Buffet Breakfast and the period - adequate for all category of guests. The heating facilities were only available in the night and early hours of the morning. This condition could be stressful for guests who are used to warm whether through out the year. |

Nothing at all it was a place to stay I would have booked another hotel ! The hotel was in need of a complete refurbishment , the corridors smelt of damp ,,, the rooms had stained carpets and bathroom facilities which were not fit for purose , in essence it was a glorified "hostel" the public toilets were disgusting and the staff looked un-profesional and untrained in customer service . I would not recommend staying in any of your hotels to any other person . |

Right next to the bus station that serves the Airport (BHX) I was given the key to another guests room. Major negative. I did not feel safe leaving my stuff in my room. The staff response to this was non existent. |

Nohing: The hotel did not offer non-smoking rooms while giving the impression that it did. We had to stay in smoked penetrated rooms. I rather sleep on the street or in a car before entering that hotel again. Not having non-smoking rooms is just not acceptable. |

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff, on the whole, were friendly and helpful. The hotel has no parking facilities - nearest car park is about 5 minutes away and is only cheap from 18.00 to 08.00 (0.50p). An excellent full english breakfast is served daily but has to be eaten off small plates as normal size plates are only available for lunch/dinner. |
