Very welcoming, helpful staff. Their local knowledge and recommendation of nearby restaurants were invaluable. Breakfast was delicious

Friendley, clean, breakfast was very good, staff very good, great sea view room, parking was easy, will go again when in llandudno,

No complaints

Only issue was my room didn't have a shower... Bath tub only.

I stayed at the brittania on my honeymoon last year then went back to celebrate a birthday then returned in november for a wedding anniversary. On every occassion the proprietors were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The food excellent, I would recommend it to anyone.

Very friendly and very comfortable in an ideal location at the quieter end of the bay with great parking.

The staff were very pleasant and informative. Room was basic but clean and tidy. Easy access to promenade.

Considering it was a 4 star hotel/guest room, I was expecting a bit more luxury. The bathroom was very small and basic, the room had a tv but thats about it really, I have stayed at other Motels/hotels that are far more luxurious than this for sometimes a cheaper price, but they are new builds and the guest house is quite an old building. The location was also just a bit far out from the town centre, it was a good 15 to 20 min walk into the main area.

We had a nice relaxing break, breakfast was great and hot, staff great, location good not noisey,we went arround the shops which are good, had nice meals out.nice location to do things good location for theatre, and good to have a nice walk on the front. Nice clean towels everyday and propper cups to have a cup of tea, nice mugs.would come here again

Matteress on the bed needs to be change, and tv could be a bit bigger

Friendly staff comfortable rooms and if this was not your first visit they would check their records to remember your likes and dislikes now that is service for you. And anytime we want to come back for a weekend break l will try to book again.

The proprietors, James and Jackie, and their staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were all ready to help at any time. Their breakfasts were wonderful - enough energy to keep one going all day!

Not really a complaint but an observation - the shower/toilet was very cramped on the top floor

Everyone who works there are friendly, helpful and polite - they have good knowledge of the local area - especially for restaurants etc. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean - as was the rest of the House. The breakfast was very well cooked, delicious and hot. The hospitality tray was stocked up each day. The parking outside was free and we were always able to park.

The shower/toilet was small and the shower 'tap' was easily knocked and turned hot and cold quickly.

The position at the Sea is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. Parking is no problem.

The hotel is sitouated at a main street, so it is very loud . You need ear protectors
