For a budget family hotel, this was a very pleasant stay with breakfast offered daily. Room was cleaned daily and hotel staff was helpful.
The hotel was a bit far from London, but taking the bus followed by the tube was easy.

this hotel was immaculate, like the idea of just getting your breakfast and taking it to the room and eating it there as I was on my own with my eight year old boy, over all a great stay.
although the idea is good about breakfast, I could hear the maid bringing all the stuff for breakfast at about 5.30 am in the morning which woke me up.
It's close to the city centre. The breakfast was awesome.
rooms, Breakfasst area. backyard
Very nice and clean room with a cosy bathroom Very good breakfast Helpful and friendly staff At first we have got really small room with just a little window in the ceiling and absolutely place for clothes (cupboard etc.) I went to the concierge and they gave us different room which was totally different.
Unstable WiFi Small dining area Cards had to be activated every 24 hours otherwise you would not get into your room
The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is huge that is included huge. Location is far out from London but the subway was only 1 mile from the Inn and it only took 25 minuted to get to London...this small Muslim town is not a cosmopolitan city but has everything you need...a lot of great Indian cuisine! daily rate is very reasonable.
Windows were kept open..no screens/ we could here baby crying in a room on the second floor/ doors slam constantly and jar you out of sleep/ beds were made each day, but sheets were never changed
We have been replaces to other hotel, where was room very bad (it was not for 3 stars - only 2 stars).
We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean spacious room for a family of 4 and breakfast was great! Lots of restaurants, supermarkets close by and didn't take long to reach central London on the tube.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice hot breakfast. Room small but clean and comfortable.
Location was a bit far from the city sights but accessible by train in about 40 minutes after a 600 meter walk.
we arrived at the hotel to be told we werent stopping at this hotel and they paid for our taxi to greater western hotel bout 5 mins away...never told why we were moved
Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room was very spacey and very clean. Breakfast choice was amazing :) would recommend hotel to anyone.
Parking. Our hotel had not parking outside, we have a young daughter an it was not go for taking things to and from the car very easily.
Friendly staff Good breakfast Good location
Blocked sink Very dirty and filthy carpet
Excellent breakfast because of the varieety of the menu, great cooked also by the nice, beautiful lady :) Great service provided by the manager/personal. FANTASTIC fast WIFI server what is great if you are on business trip and have to do a lot of administration/mail etc.
The room was perfect also the bathroom. Every day clean towels and bed was made! Breakfast was nice you could order every morning what you want! Personal was very kind and helpful.
This is how it works. You book a room at the Britannia Inn Hotel. The manager tells you that they have 5 Hotels and that you are scheduled in another one. We booked a family room but ended up in a double room with extra beds. If you want to be certain that you get what you book, don't book this hotel.
Bins were not emptied
Good, will stay there again next
Thr rezeption was always a person, whenn I had an question
The room nr.4 is too small
Have been here twice before Good value for money Outside central london but within easy reach of train station Good range of budget shops nearby and a good shopping centre Great transport links Good breakfast with friendly dining room staff Despite the reception I received on arrival I would still book here again due to the cost location and breakfast Good hot shower and plenty of towels Tv worked (although the batteries in the remote had leaked and it didn't wor)
My son I went with is an electrician and reported shortly after arrival that a double socket was cracked and therefore dangerous. Someone came to look at it but it was not replaced until over 24 hours later after I said I would ring booking.com if it wasn't replaced. The man said he could give us an adapter to use and had seemed reluctant to change it even though the sockets are extremely inexpensive. The duvet was ripped and dirty looking on both beds and was sandwiched between two sheets rather than in a duvet cover I stayed at this hotel twice before but the management/ owner is different now. The gentleman was very disappointing as regards customer care, however luckily his partner/ wife was very friendly polite and helpful I booked 7 months in advance and requested a ground floor room due to arthritis. We were on the first floor and this was a problem due to being in a lot of pain. I realise this cannot be guaranteed and was told they have no ground floor twin rooms which was disappointing
This was a nice hotel and the staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions. The full English breakfast was a nice addition. Hard to beat for the money.
The staff were very catering to my needs.
Climbing lots of stairs. But overall very happy
Clean and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good value.
Poor sound insulation - could be quite noisy at times when people were moving around.
The cleanliness and orderliness The internet. The reception staff are very nice. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful.
The breakfast lounge often gets overcrowded hence there is hardly enough space to sit. Guests in the upper rooms often make a lot of noise, especially when they are with children. They disturb the guests downstairs.
Probably the best value hotel I've stayed in, in London. Hard to fault them. Even the continental breakfast turned out to be pretty well anything you wanted including full english.
