The staff was very polite and helpful. The view was really nice. The food in the restaurant was quite good. We really enjoied our stay there. There were only few channels on TV. No internet connetion in the room. |

location and thats all. room was rubbish, next to DLR, small, antiquated, cosmettically ugly and the bed and pillows were the worst i have ever had the misfortune of using. |

Location was good for Canary Wharf The hotel was extremely dated and rooms of extremely poor quality and decor. The bed was uncomfortable and covered by dreadful blanket and sheet. Bathroom was oldfashioned and in deseperate need of updating. Definitely not good value for money. The whole place had a dark and dated feeling to it. Very disappointing in general will not be returning. |
