det var et dejligt lidt gammeldags indrettet hotel... og servoce personalet var flinke og hurtige. Men restauranterne var mildest talt noget lort: Maden var virkelig under alt kritik!! Da jeg er selv er Køkkenchef vil jeg sige at mad mæssigt oget af det værste jeg nogensinde har prøvet!!! Sengene var lidt gamle men ellers et dejligt sted med gode faciliteter!!!! ja renovere lidt på værelserne og få tilsluttet så man kan leje film eller se dvd på fladskærm... de gamle tv og sengene er nok det værste foruden maden.... Vil gerne anbefale stedet men ikk maden.... |

Quality rooms in a great location to explore Canary Wharf area of london, and for us the location being close to London City airport was paramount, as we had flown in from the Isle-of-Man. |

good location, nice to have a swimming pool in London hotel, room was reasonably comfortable and clean and we had a spa bath! ask for a room on upper floors and check spa facilities are available. room smelt of stale smoke and twin beds were narrow. hotel felt dated. use of pool cost extra and pool was small, with other facilities out of order. WIndow only opened or shut with assistance of staff and noise of air con units outside was annoying. would not want to pay full price for this hotel but on offer it was good value. |

The hotel is well situated for access to Canary Wharf area. We appreciated being offered an upgrade to De Luxe (good-sized room) for a small extra payment. |

Room quality was comfortable and clean, Breakfast was enjoyable except for the price! Some of the desk staff were unhelpful and seemed not to understand my requestsHealth club pool are needs an urgent re vamp: Jacuzzi not working shower for Sauna not working, matt over broken tiles in pool- health and safety??? |

Good position for Canary Wharf and DLR. Continental breakfast included in the rate. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Comfortable room. The TV had very poor reception. Room windows had poor noise isulation - noise from DLR track. The IT services at reception were down on the Monday when I arrived and still down on the Wednesday when I left! |

The nearest tube stop is a 2 mins walk and the hotel is very close to the O2. There was no noise from the city and the curtains blocked out all light so it was easy to get a good sleep. It is about a 30 minute tube journey away from oxford street and the theatre district. |

The Brittania was a perfect choice for us as we needed to be in Canary Wharf which was just a few minutes walk away. The undergrounnd and DLR stations are close by which meant getting anywere wasn't difficult. |

I liked the location, as we were going to a concert at the o2 it was very easy to get there and also easy to get to oxford street and places for sightseeing |
