Wifi is so weak that you couldn't really connect in the room
Choice of dining places, free wifi, not far from transport and reasonable price
Bigger bed would have been better, with a larger quilt. Over all quite enjoyable
We had a nice room, the bed was very comfortable.
Pool was not very nice, pool was cold and needed updating. Curtains in the room needed a good wash. Food in the pizza restaurant was over cooked, lhad burger, the bun was not fresh and the burger was over cooked. The 9 inch pizza was not value for money, l think they could have done 12 inch for that price as there is only pennies in it.
Value for money
Hotel stall was not courteous there were no concierge to take my luggage in
Location to amenities
Very Dated Rooms in need of upgrading Main areas smelled Entrance full of cigarette ends
Great price compared to similar. Reasonable room size. Clean room. Lots of storage space. Decor a bit dated but I was only sleeping there
Room over looked DLR. I'm a light sleeper so woke about 5.15am. Maid knocking on door at 8am to clean the room!
Loved the staff..very polite and willing to help with anything we needed champagne glasses and they were more than happy to help.
The room wasn't 4 star it was more like 3. The pool required a membership which for the price we paid we shud have had access to the pool.
Although looking a bit tired now the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly
Single bed is 2.6ft very narrow
Car parking cost
Great food avaliable, friendly staff and good cleanliness.
Car Park Small, dangerous and very expensive! Small crowded breakfast area.
Nice Room Staff are amazing Clean hotel Very nice inside the hotel Parking underground
Sleep is interrupted due to the tube being close Bed was hard
Lovely reception, nice conservatory bar overlooking water, no noise at night, close to stations
Twin bed was a double with twin mattresses on it so slept nose to nose with my son. I would expect the beds in a twin room to be separated. Not very suitable. Shower was poor pressure, toiletries not nice. Bath towel a little small.
Location is good with easey access to city centre. Good facilities on site, bar, restaurants etc giving good choice at reasonable prices for the location.
Room was shabby looking. Wall paper torn off walls and peeling in other places. Draw front hanging off one unit. No handle on the window which had been bolted slightly open which on an evening let in traffic noise. Lack of wardrobe space, couldn't even fit my rucksack in. Breakfast was a free for all with not enough staff to replenish tables and queuing 20mins + for food.
Only few mins walk from underground and DLR stations and seemed safe to walk home at night (11 pm ish ) Nice wild life along the dock , cormorant ,moor hens etc ..Size of room very good with nice views up the dock towards the O2
The noise from the DLR at around 5.00am,but you can't have one without the other .Second morning didn't seem as bad perhaps got more used to it .
Close to the bars and restaurants of Canary Wharf, good setting and easy to find
The gentlemen working behind reception were pedestrian in the extreme and given that this is a customer facing role the management really need to think about who they have on here.....
Pool n food
Furnitures too old
The bed and the status outside the widow
the location, cleanliness and the big and comfortable bathroom.
the overall quality of the building, the size of the room and the price compare with the quality. Moreover the car park is incredibly expensive.
amazing staff, good room service, food was nice, im booking hear again would recomend, great value for money
Fantastic Location next to Heron Key DLR, Rooms very spacious, good WIFI, Loads of TV Channels, beds very comfortable and very good air conditioning.
Don't like to be negative because it was a very good hotel but to be fair the water pressure on shower was very poor.
Food terrible very dated.... room disgusting carpet filthy all stained WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL
Right next to offices in Canary Wharf Close to tube
Gym was at extra cost
Nearness to my London family who I was visiting..breakfast, room comfort, staff, Jenny's restaurant staff very pleasant.. Also the chamber staff.easy check out...this is my third visit :-)
An iron and ironing board plus safe would be good in the rooms.
