It was a very very nice room at the 11th floor, with 3 elevators in the hall. Panoramic views to the Dockland's high buildings from the room's wide window. The buffet breakfast was tasteful, and luxury, all you can eat. (Tipical English breakfast foods, hot and cold meal, and fruits, salads, aromatic coffe, tee, milk etc. Every days room cleaning with new towels and refill the cofee and tee kit. Qween size comfortable double bed with good quality mattress. Flat screen tv, big mirror opposit the bed. Staff always smiling :) and helpful. We had to pay for parking, it was very expensive/day, and was a poor little garage under the building, without any pedestrian ramp or lift. Climate was not able to set manually, there was very hot in the room. The price of swimming pool and gim were not included, we had to pay extra.

The bed was comfortable. The inflexible breakfast times as I had an early start everyday. Poor comunication skills of the staff. Had to change my room 3 times as I was placed in a smoking room(On arrival this room had the most revolting smell I have ever been greeted with), and I had cleary asked for a non- smoking room. Arriving at 10:30pm after a long day and then having to change rooms twice before I could settle, the staff did not feel this was an issue and and made me feel awkward. Overall a general lack of interest with regard to the needs of the customer throughout my stay, unless you speak up for yourself.

Right next door to where i work at PWC and the jacuzzi bath Reception very abrupt and single minded and sometimes not there but in back office? Often only seems one lift working, pizzeria very friendly and food good The hotel was good in its day, is very tired. Some of the baths were badly cracked. I asked for quiet room, yet got a room overlooking aircon units and no more rooms of its sort free

Comfortable spacious room, interesting location Breakfast was not fresh. Most fruit was tinned. A lot of the hot food had hung around a long time.

The location near Canary Wharf Underground Station was very convenient. It has an excellent breakfast, and the rooms are spacious. I was put into a smoking room, because there were no more non-smoking rooms left. All rooms in all hotels should be non-smoking. I asked for a single room, but there were 2 single beds shoved together. It would have been better to have a double bed in a smaller room.

This hotel offers the setting and feel of an expensive luxury hotel while not being too perfecting and passing the savings on to the customer allowing for a more budget pocket. So, while the facilities and general feel of the hotel initially are very grand and upmarket, you notice the details such as dated carpet and peeling wallpaper in places that's enough to notice, but not enough to take away from the overall feel of the hotel. But, it at least means the cost is kept down and that is exactly what this hotel aims for. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent hotel at a decent price.

The Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and bright. It was in a good location which was easy to get to. The only thing i didnt like was that the room was supposed to be an ""executive twin"" but to be honest i found it quite small, although not cramped. I had to sleep with the window wide open as i am not very comfortable in smaller rooms, hence why i booked the executive suite. Apart from that, i found it a very pleasant stay.

I have stayed at hotels all over the world and never have I been asked to pay extra to use a swimming pool in the hotel! I would not return to that hotel as it offers poor value and is outdated!

Location was just right for our needs, and convenient too. The decor looked tired and slightly dirty making it a bit on the dark side. The bar area seating was particularly shabby.

Convenient location so will use again but wouldn't pay more than £120 for night b&B. The hotel seamed very dated and not the polished example it was when I first stayed a few years ago. It was clean but some of the bathroom areas were worn and needed a little tlc. Dlr noise was annoying and the room was 29 degrees c when I checked in. The stay was comfortable but I thought buffet food was poor and over cooked under the heaters/warmers. Very

The location in London was ok. Nearest tube was Canary Warf Jubilee line which was fine. The amount paid was very good considering the size of the room. We have stayed at other hotels in London and they have been smaller rooms for the same amount. It could do with a refurbishment program. The room we had was good but for a exec room was a little shabby.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was immaculate and was a comfy stay. The only thing that I didnt like about the hotel is that you had to pay an excessive amount to park your in the hotel car park. As a customer already staying at the hotel, I personally feel that the parking should be free considering I paid £98 to stay for the one night.

Apart from its location nothing A 4* it definately isnt, the bedrooms and bathrooms are something out of the 60's, tired worn and chipped. The only thing new was a flat screen tv. Stained bath, broken taps/faucets Dont bother with lifts , not enough to cater with amount of people. Hotel is used as a stayover for the mass coach tour market, and is not business friendly. Breakfast, was burnt, overcooked, tasteless, juice watered down, coffee cheap and nasty, fried eggs could have been used as stepping stones to get over to the wharf. So no its wasnt a good hotel

Walking distance to the bus, dlr, and the river catamaran for easy access into London. Also just inside the Travelcard Zone. Nice view across the water to the Millenium Dome. Luckily the dlr does not operate over night so we did actually get a good night's sleep. Disappointed with the spa facilities. No private female changing area. Fun with the lifts not working for access to the spa. The pool had no safety rail and the access metal steps were loose and didn't go down into the water deep enough. The bedroom was too hot and it was impossible to regulate the temperature. The window handles have been removed for safety. This should be redesigned so at least it could be slid open partially for ventilation. No fridge or mini bar.

A very pleasant hotel where the staff were very polite and welcoming, the rooms were clean with great views but could do with a little modernisation. One of the outstanding qualities that I must congratulate the staff on was after leaving the hotel my daughter realised that she had lost her silver charm bracelet that was not only valuable but was also her 21st birthday present from us and had great sentimental value... we phoned the hotel on the off-chance she had left it there and to our unbelievable joy we were informed that a member of housekeeping staff had found it in her room and had handed it in. We picked it up later that day and I can't thank the staff enough for thier honesty and integrity, The next time we visit London this will be our hotel of choice =)
