Close to the canary wharf tube station. The rooms are quite spacious.

I asked for a non-smoking room but expressed Internet was important. They are mutually exclusive so I had no Internet in my room. Hall stank of smoke. Tv kept freezing up as poor connection. Very close to DLR track so a bit of noise from that.

Wallpaper stuck up with sellotape. Bath all chipped. Staff never acknowledged me once in 5 days,not even a good morning. Ripped off for parking, £126 for 5 days, even after questioning it, colleague not interested ? This was supposed to be an executive room, very poor.

Great location by the waterside in Canary Wharf, so very suitable for business people or others exploring the locality. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and everything went smoothly.

The hotel is clearly ageing, and although clean, is not particularly modern in appearance. If you prefer cutting edge design, its hardly the hotel to visit, but it is homely and warm nonetheless.

Reception areas excellent for business meetings. Fantastic location and value for money. Have already booked in for my next visit

Tired room, scruffy carpet, damaged wallpaper, poor lighting, lumpy bed, strange pictures and damaged cheap furniture. No space in the car park! Dirty windows overlooking an abandoned building site. Just because we had accepted a special offer on the room we were expected to accept a very sub-standard room. Very disappointed and would welcome a response from the owners.

The bathroom was wonderful and included a large tub equipped with water jets.

1. A borderline rude receptionist who refused to check me in at 11 am (prior to the stated check-in time). I had to turn to the next agent who checked me in even though rooms were not immediately available (as usual). The hotel has to do a much better job training its stuff. 2. The most annoying detail about this hotel was an unbearably cold room. My room was 15C when I entered. The central heating didn't work, but there was a small electric heater in the room. I had to keep it on for 2 days that I stayed in this hotel.

Location

Toilet in room would not flush. As it was weekend there was no maintenance and we could not move to another room until the next day! Closest toilets were 9 floors away. When we were moved the room clearly had not been checked as the toilet had no water in it as it was being repaired. Left early in disgust.

Only the cleanliness of the room.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR - The staff tried to put us in a smoking room when we specifically booked a non-smoking room. The smoking room area had a stinking corridor let alone the room. We were appaulled. Eventually we got the issue resolved due to our persistence! DINNER - Greasy Pizza, was not worth what we paid for, even Pizza Hut does better pizza. We would not necessarily stay here again in furure unless it is the last option.

Close to the Canary Wharf Tube Station.

The staff was not that friendly and the room was cold. Air Condition did not help.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. We were told that there was no non- smoking room available. The room we eventually got was smelly and dirty. The bed was actually broken. The electrics did not work and the lighting was terrible, (which I know is not a huge issue but when putting on make up it is). The restaurant choices were not nice. And on the whole would not deserve even half a star let alone 4!

It looked really nice from the outside and walking into the lobby/reception area.

The tv in the room was wall mounted but impossible to watch from the bed it was facing the window, so unless you wanted to stand by the window u couldn't watch the tv. There was wallpaper coming away from the wall. Paint chipped off. Taps etc were worn and dirty round the edges. Went down to breakfast, got showed to a table but nothing explained as to where everything was so my husband was up and down trying to search for things, example an empty jug was just left on table, not knowing what to do, we eventually figured out you had to ask a waiter to fill with coffee. Checked out in morning. The brochure states parking £21 for 24 hours. However we got charged in total £31. I was told the previous night that the parking would only go to £21 but apparently that's if you do not need to move the car. If you take car out of car park you have to start parking fee all again. I did explain that being disabled I must take my car with me as I can't use public transport or walk very far but apparently that does not make any difference. I would have had better service and value for money staying at a premiere inn!!!

The room was lovely and clean.

The lack of opening windows meant no fresh air. The staff were not very friendly. I asked for directions and the lady at reception did not even look up when giving me them.
