good value staff very nice stairway looks impressive
No security at entrance at night. Scary No private place for people to smoke apart from pavement in front of hotel Bar not inviting.
very helpful staff.
A nightclub in the basement meant we didnt get to sleep until 3am on the first nights stay...
I liked everything we did not expect it to be so posh had a great stay.
The tv could of done with a few more channels .
Location was fab, staff were very nice,,, just a step away from the manin bus central, and 10 min walk from train station
Not one thing
General building needs updating and in some cases, redecoration. threadbare carpets on main staircase gives bad 1st impression.
Location is good.
Terrible hotel, rooms are not clean and in need of serious maintainance. Breakfast is just ridicolous: terrible quality and it takes forever to get your food.
Location was central the hotel looked fab, room was nice and bed was comfy and excellent value for money! Bar was open into the early hours!
Staff very helpful Location could not be better
The sound from coming from out side the room and the room was cold as the window didnt shut properly..... room 444
Location was central and transport was quite freely available
The staff was not very professional as they didn't to speak good English . It was hard to make them understand our requirements in the rooms .
Location to town centre
Air conditioning units very noisy and very poor in operation, resulting in overly hot room
Fantastic location. Beautiful staircase.
Check prices coz they vary significantly on different dates.
Breakfast - very poor quality, tasteless, wouldn't recommend adding this on, it is not worth the extra. TV in room sat on a very small stand so not really able to watch.
Fairly good location. Pretty basic hotel but comfortable if staying on your own. Shower was excellent
New tv with better channels. Earlier book in and later departure time. Very basic hotel
The bar you could relax nice and quiet
The disco bar the bar staffs to slow to service the guests
The room is cozy.
The bed is small for twin sharing. It could have been better if two separate bed so the guest can have a choice whether to put them together or keep them separate.
Hotel very clean.
The bar was very expensive.
Location was great right by the picadilly gardens. It was very quiet in the hotel couldn't hear any other guests. Comfy beds so had a great sleep and friendly staff
Stained carpets and walls, the smell of smoke everwhere. Rooms could do with a makeover
Hot water was only Luke warm !!!
Everything. Particularly staff.
It's a peaceful place
The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The building was very impressive and in a good location, within walking distance of Piccadilly Station and the University.
