The hotel was clean, we received the standard we expected. It was quiet and comfortable. I'd probably stay there again on my next trip Some of the staff (particularly later during night shift) didn't have the patience for my companions' poor English skills. I got excellent service, but my friend (who isn't as fluent at English as I am) got a very brusque treatment :( |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, location and access to public transport was very important. The bed linen was clean. The bedroom and en suite were generally dirty and grubby. |

It was very central and a perfect location for a night out in Camden town. Rooms could do with redecorating |

The hotel was old fasion and the furnitures all were old and not in a good condition. I stayed for only 5 nights and they charged me 6 nights and refused to refund the 6th night at which I did not stay at the hotel. I consider this not fair. I notified the hotel 3 wks in advance about my desire to change the booking from 6 to 5 nights, but they refused. |

Very convenient for our visit - near to buses. Bed comfortable. Lovely big towels. Staff helpful and polite. Decor could do with updating. The wall paper is very dated. |

For what we paid and the fact we just wanted to get a nights sleep in the capital it was fine. It needs refurbishing really and bearing in mind where it is being very close to regents Park /Primrose Hill etc its worth spending money on. Carpets need replacing and bath facilities are below standard. |

I did not realise you had to book a non smoking room and we got a smoking room. The smell of stale cigarettes was disgusting on the whole of the 2nd floor. |

It was a decent location for a concert at the Roundhouse. This hotel was a throw-back from the eighties, bad decor, ancient fixtures, etc. The website stated there was A/C - there was not A/C, anywhere in the building. The room was extremely hot and the window fixed so it would only open about 6 inches. The bathroom smelled of mildew and the elevators were very slow. |

The breakfast was lovely and not bad value for money. Staff were very helpful and were happy to direct us to Camden Town and the surrounding area, and recommend good eating places. |

Nothing....It reminded me of somthing out of a goth movie....the reception area was dark and grim. Not having my Internet booking confirmed when I arrived, even though I had to give over my card details. When I went to the room there were builders along the whole floor, wires were everywhere and I mean everywhere. The bedroom had red wires hanging from the ceiling....These must have been for the non existent fire alarm or smoke detector. |

Good location, hard working staff, relaxed atmosphere, quiet and tense free with lovely old fashioned decor. Appreciated the effort made to call and ask whether we required a double or twin room. The room was a bit too warm on arrival. House keeping were a little bit loud in the morning but otherwise all good. |

There was a helpful receptionist who was polite and cheerful. there was no kettle stand and there was too much noise coming from either side our room from other guests. |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
Situated in a quiet leafy street in the heart of the borough of Hampstead, the hotel is conveniently close to Hampstead Heath, Regents Park, London Zoo and Lord’s Cricket Ground. |
Just 150 metres from Earls Court Tube Station, The Trebovir was fully refurbished in February 2009 and offers air-conditioned en suite rooms with flat-screen TVs at great-value rates. |
This newly-refurbished, quality budget hotel is positioned in the lively Queensway area, near Hyde Park and Paddington Station. |
