Proximity to where I was working Housekeeping not made aware of my late checkout deal. Confronted by house keeper with nothing but a small towel to hide behind |

Value for money, friendly staff, lovely food, evening meal and breakfast. It was dated decor, could do with freshening up. |

It was very convenient for the Ricoh Arena, the manor house itself was very nice. Room was a good size, plenty of space. Food could have been of a better quality. There weren't any electric sockets close to a mirror. |

As always the room was very comfortable and clean I used the gym for the first and last time, no keys in the lockers,no cups to get a drink, used 3 machines, none of which the displays worked correctly, I am sure the gym was very good when it first opened but that must have been a long time ago |

The beautinful buildings - it is just a pity that the hotel staff were not interested in answering questions about the history of the place The couldn't care less attituse of the staff, especially those on reception both at arrival and at checkout |

Breakfasts were good with plenty of choice. Good deal on room prices. Very tired looking rooms, 2 weddings on the 2 nights we were there, so fairly noisy. However as we only used it as somewhere to sleep it was ok. |

Only likedf the check out process which was very efficient. I arrived i the middle of a enormous teenage party with 400 kids all miling rouund reception and had to wade throught them. Room service had stopped at 9.45 and the restaurant closed at 9.30. Despite calling them to tell them I would not arive till after 9 and was that OK, they didnt think to let me know thast everything would be closed. My room had biscuit wrappers on the floor, thee TV couldnt be coaxed into life, the door rattled all night, all the bed springs could be individually felt allk night. A drink ordered from room service took 40 minutes to arrive, despite being asked if it could be quick as my taxi was arriving in 45 mins. |

Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, lots of guests enjoying a lively bar & chat in the evening. The decor really needs updating, and attention to general maintenance. ie. doors were hanging off the rail making it difficult to slide the wardrop, the grout in the bathroom needed replaced which made the bathroom look grubby. |

hotel surroundings very pleasent, easy access to Warwick university, pool lovely. very polite staff, especially the lady in the bar at about 6.30pm on 24/9/09 taps on bath had intermittent running, took an hour to run a bath, I assumed every time someone on a lower floor used their tap the water in my room ceased to flow. also the bath had remnents (hairs) of the previous guest which I had to remove/clean before using. |

Enjoyed using the swimming pool & spa. Food was plentiful (it was an inclusive package) Not much choice in the restaurant. There was a Fleet Air Arm reunion going on which made public areas very noisy, (but the bar & restaurant at the far end were quieter). |

Excellent value for money although the first two rooms were not satisfactory. The price of the carvery was not shown and at £15 odd was too expensive considering there were alternative eating places nearby I would have liked to have seen prices ie menus in the bedroom |
