The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The view over trees was lovely. Grubby lifts. Dirty windows. Grey dirty exterior. |

Booked twin but given double - had to wait for sofa bed to be made up. However, staff friendly and we received complimentary breakfast. |

Visiting friend who was on a trip My only complaint was that i booked on line and when i arrived at the Hotel there was no reservation made for me, the young man on the desk was very helpful and got me a room which meant that a normal book in time of minutes ended up more like 15 minutes. My reservation had obviously not gone through to the Hotel. If by chance the Hotel had been full I might have had a different story to tell. |

It was a quiet location which was good. I was only there 1 night so unable to make further comment Didnt think it justified the high rating it has. The Premier Inn down the road is more comfortable. |

A simple basic hotel which could do with a lick of paint but given the price paid no complaints. |

Online booking was easy, staff very helpful, room and en suite very clean also room facilities, tea/coffee, trouser press, tv. The taxi fares are extortionate with the company that you use I did not save any money staying with you in the end due to the taxi being £10 to get back from Meridan that night and £10 to collect my car in the morning an extra £20 was not what I envisaged paying. I could have stayed in Meridan for the £50 total I paid. Perhaps a better taxi firm recommendation? |

Convinient as had meeting there The hotel, although not as old as some, is certainly showing its age. My only interaction with the staff was with the receptionist who was friendly and helpful, I didn't see anyone else during my stay! The bedroom left something to be desired, while the towels and sheets were clean and soft, there was lipstick on the mirrors, badly corroded crome in the bathroom and I don't like to think what visably growing in the bathroom ventilation system! Possibly the cheepest hotel room I've ever slept in however I would not recomend this hotel. |
