Hotel d'un bon niveau, bon accueil, bonne prestation générale. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. (en passant par Booking.com) Salle de bain ancienne avec robinetterie peu commode. Prises électriques aux normes britanniques. Un peu loin du centre ville. |

Mon remboursement et les excuses du manager, ainsi que la compréhension du personnel Odeur, vetustée, rideau gris foncés de saleté, ménage superficiel (balle retrouvée!),prise de téléphone non branchée(pas de prise pour dans ma chambre!) fenêtre dangereuse, et ascenceur qui met trop de temps pour venir!! Une file de personnes agées descendait du 7 eme etage, apres 20 minutes d'attente!! |

Food was plentiful and reasonable quality.Staff were friendly and helpful.Car parking plentiful. Hotel readily accessible. It looks "tired" and well worn, but suited my requirements.Tap water was cold at 9am and the wash bowl drained exceedingly slowly. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and spacious. The car park was very close to the entrance. The only downside was the continental breakfast in the dining area which was extremely poor and over-priced. |

Very little contact with staff, but both seemed very pleasant and helpful Unfortunate that room 300 bathroom required me to run a very large volume of water to waste before running hot. |

Hotel did the job for an overnight stay and the double room was well appointed clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast very good. Reception staff were polite and accommodating. It ticked most boxes on the right side of the mark just about. The staff seemed to make an effort to be helpful and attentive. Value for money was excellent, booked on line paid about 30% of rack rate. The Hotel is an ugly 60's design, and had a 'seen better days look and feel about it', which unfortunately cannot really be changed. One of the rooms I booked had a water leaking from a radiator valve being collected in a saucer. In spite of this the room was allocated. Reception were apologetic and responded to the change request immediately but the situation was avoidable. |

We only stayed for one night, but it served its purpose. The room was clean and tidy but I do think that the hotel itself does need some modernisation doing, it is a bit dated. |

Not the best place we've stayed but excellent value for the price we paid. Bedding was clean, as were the towels. Wish the bath towels had been bigger. Could do with a refurb - some of our wallpaper was starting to come off the wall in places and there were other things that needed a bit of tlc. |

Very convenient for the NEC, a clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price which suited my purpose well. The shower dripped!! Only a minor point, didn't bother me but some may find it annoying. |

Easy access to Birmingham. Cheap price - got what I paid for. Receptionist was miserable and staff generally poor. Good bar staff. |

Very helpful reception staff who suggested an upgrade to save us money on our meal and also quickly replaced the faulty kettle in our room. Very convenient for the NEC There seemed to be a lack of staff at breakfast to clear tables and a lmited choice for the evening meal. |
