It was very close to the MEN arena and ideal to stay in when going to concerts etc, also the car park which is just outside the hotel was a godsend, and breakfast being available. Our room was clean, would definately stay again at the price we paid. No,for the price we paid £55,you can't complain:) |

Great location & value for money The quality of the breakfast food was shockingly poor - the only issue for what was a perfectly good hotel. |

We liked the fact that the hotel was central. It's not the fact we did not like the hotel, the only fault was that the milk cartons were not replaced and therefore we missed our nightly tea/coffee. |

Fair price The staff was not aware that my room was already prepaid and the check in took more than 5 min when I was the only guest at the desk. |

It has friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The food was excellent and the range of facilities such as restaurants and pool was good. The wireless was poorly configured so would go down every 60 seconds. The bed wasn't that comfortable. |

The staff members are all very serviceable. The room is well presented and the decoration is simple and okay. Furniture item in the room I stayed showed cracked leg and the jacuzzi worked but need to be changed as it look worn out: discolouration and marks. Window need cleaning outside. The carpets in the corridors are worn out with loose fittings at the edges |

very handy for the city centre and nearby events the stay was very comfortable and staff were very helpfull...one thing i will comment on was how hard the blonde girl worked behind the hotel bar and she was left holdin the fort on her own for long periods,so it would be nice to give my comments to her and let her know what a great job she,s doing . |

It was in a good location There was no bar staff on and waiting for a drink for 20 min was unacceptable. We as customers were also collecting glasses for the poor girl who staffed the bar on her own. The hotel was fully booked so the hotel should be fully staffed. |
