The hotel has a convenient location. The room was not very clean. The hotel advertise wifi internet connection throughout the hotel. It did not, and reception staff told me that it was only available in the public areas, although the management now maintains that it is available in bedrooms but was simply not working when I stayed. |

The location was convienient for everything. The room was basic but comfortable. Was disapponted in the room as the decor was a bit dated, the tv didnt work and bath taps dripping constantly, not as nice as picture online. |

I had a great time in Manchester, watching green day at the men, shopping and staying at the Britannia Sachas Hotel in between. It was in walking distance of everywhere I needed to be in the city centre and was comfortable and clean. Some of my family that I met up with in Manchester were not allowed into the hotel bar later on in the evening as they were not residents so we had to go elsewhere in the rain. Also the room was rather oppressive and hot and noisy from the air-con, with no window. There was no bath plug and there wasn`t an electric socket near enough to the mirror for my hair straighteners. |

Excellent location The staff put a dirty duvet cover on the duvet and took ages to change it, then didn't make the bed. This was disappointing. |

We asked for food at 10pm and were told that the kitchen was shut, though your literature states food available in the restaurants until 1030pm. 1 lift out of order and the other lift broke down that evening. |

We found the staff very helpful, rooms nice and spacious and comfortable beds, also its within easy reach to m.e.n and shops. We had a very enjoyable stay this is our second visit to the hotel and we will definitely stay again next time we visit. |

Nice big room - value for money. Noisy my main window overlooked a major bus stop. Around the loo smelled of urine. During the night I could smell odours from the bathroom. |

The bar service was excellent. One of the lifts was not working which made it especially difficult to get around considering that I have a heart problem and our room was on the 6th floor. The breakfast service was also very poor. Finally we were kept awake by our noisy mattress! |

I liked the idea that it was so close to anything significant in Manchester Central. Only two things really. The toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever seen and I always think it is a false economy because people use twice as much as usual anyway. |

It was a good location for the station, shops and men arena The hotel was very good and the choice and quality of the food at breakfast was excellent, however there was not enough seats in the dining area during breakfast and some of the staff were very disorganised when re setting tables etc. |

The staff were pretty friendly and helpful, it was clean and the public areas were nice. It is very central and convenient for what I needed. The pool looked nice although I did not have time to use it. The food and service was very good in the downstairs restaurant near the reception area. The rooms were a bit tired and the wi-fi was not available in the rooms, plus although room service was advertised as being possible during the night, no food was available when I woke early am and fancied some soup, but this was not a major issue for the location and rate that I paid. |

The convenient location close to Piccadilly Gardens and handy for public transport. The service at breakfast was poor with not a wide range of choice. The first morning there were no preserves whatsoever. On subsequent mornings there were jars of jam and honey, but no individual servings and no marmalade at all. |

Excellent reception staff. Spacious room. Good location for transport, stations and shopping The breakfast staff were very stretched and therefore service here was not of such a high standard |
